My spouse and I were looking to buy our first home; Garett Seney came highly recommended from our Realtor. After doing our due diligence and shopping around for competing brokerage firms, we ultimately chose to work with Garett because of his responsiveness and customer service. It made ALL the difference that Garett was reachable on nights and weekends when traditional banks are not. We were not easy customers either - lots of dumb questions, panicked, and emotional buying our first home. Garett explained everything well and sometimes explained things again a second or third time without condescension or tone. Again, we cannot speak enough to Garett's work/life balance sacrifice to give us the best customer service we could ask for. We would strongly recommend working with Garett to anyone looking to buy their first home.

Buying a house at 22 can be stressful and scary at times. But Jamison made everything quick, easy, and painless. He told me what to do and when do to it by in a quick text. If i ever had any questions or concerns i could always reach out to him and he would always respond ASAP. The fairway app he uses makes everything super easy to upload all documents needed and super simple to navigate. I will be using Jamison in the future for how easy he made things for me.
