Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Chris and I asked for a quick closing and the team made that happen! Ed, Neely, and Chris were quick to respond to every email, text, and phone call. We were so fortunate to have everyone's support throughout the loan process!

Honestly the whole team at fairway was very quick to communicate and broke down all of our options in a way that was easy to understand. At no point did I feel pressured to make any decisions, which is not true for other mortgage conpanies I spoke to previously.

Purchasing a home doesn't happen very often through a lifetime so it's easy to get overwhelmed especially when you're also juggling everyday responsibilities. When we embarked on looking for a home, some of our biggest concerns (other than finding one that we like) didn't even include things like finding the right people to guide you through the financial aspect of home buying. Once we began to understand the number of things that needed to happen to keep the process rolling forward, it was overwhelming. It's hard to keep up with all of it! Some items required immediate action, others were processes we needed to start in advance because it could take longer, and others were weeks out into the future. April did a wonderful job in making sure we were always ready for the next step. I don't think customer service can be overstated. She was always available to talk us through our concerns and admittedly simple questions with all of the patience in the world. I've talked to her after-hours on so many occasions and never once was it an unpleseant conversation. She was always kind, professional, and graceful in the conversations we had. I'm not sure how many people in the industry are willing to make chatrooms with you and your family and just be so approachable and available. Thank you so much for the guidance and helping us feel so grounded! April and her team really made a wonderful experience for us!
