Brian Spronz worked closely with us in the early stages, and he went above and beyond in every way. Seriously, that man deserves a big raise. Before deciding on Fairway, I spoke with a few other mortgage lenders, and nobody else even came close to the level of service that Brian provided. He fought for our business and earned it. He made sure we were well informed on every aspect of the home-buying process including different market factors that impact interest rates, what to expect during closing, how much we can comfortably afford, payments to expect at closing, etc. We were very nervous to go through this entire process, and Brian Spronz made everything way easier. Dee Burdick was our underwriter, and all of her communication was extremely quick and she was very polite. Any items that she needed were communicated to us ASAP, and she was very patient with us throughout the entire process. Fairway certainly went above and beyond throughout every step of the way, and we will certainly be recommending them to others!

Kevin gave me a lot of detials on house purchasing which is totally new to me and he is always patience and professional. He also suggestted us to lock down the rate which did saved us money! I like Kevin and will surely recommend him to my friends!
