I really liked the use of the app to upload files, complete signatures, etc. Working with Scott and Taylor is always a pleasure. The esign process was new this time and we really liked that process to cut down on wet signing so many forms at closing.

Communication was very timely. The patience to help understand the documents and process was very professional.

This was my first time financing a major purchase and I did not represent the traditional real estate buyer, so obtaining funding was not going to be an easy task but Adam did make the process super easy. He took the time to explain every step and in the end he was able to get me to the closing table. I greatly appreciate him and the service he provided.

Don't believe any experience is perfect so I wouldn't give ANYONE a perfect rating . There were a couple of times when the communication seemed to break down and I feel the scramble at the end to collect our down payment and sent to title company could have been avoided . Otherwise it was a great experience . Carmen is very personable and easy to talk to . Very upbeat and positive . She said she was going to get something done and she did it ! For us it was sometimes a nerve racking process but Carmen would reassure us that everything was going to be okay . We would use Carmens services in the future and would recommend her services to others .
