Russell and his team communicated clearly, frequently and addressed every question, fielded every call real time. Harnessing the concerns of your client in THEIR time is a level of service that is non existent.

Things I appreciated included: - The ability to communicate quickly via text or email. - The ability to upload documents via a secure portal. - The ability to negotiate and match terms from other lenders to ensure a competitive rate. - The ability to get a pre-approval financing letter on short notice.

Through out the entire process, Mike was always available to answer my questions, returning calls promptly and taking the time to explain every step along the way. He was especially helpful in finding creative solutions to help me achieve my financing goals and his support didn't stop once the paperwork was complete. He even attended my closing which showed me his dedication and committment to his clients. He also has a great team! Katy is a gem! Having an entire team that is so knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the process made this experience so much less stressful. I would highly recoomend Fairway to anyone looking for a lender who truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to help them acheive their goals!
