I highly recommend Brad and his team at Fairway Home Mortgage. I started working with Brad almost a year ago as a first time homebuyer. I came into the process with low baseline knowledge. I think that Brad did a fantastic job of quickly helping me to better understand the process. With Brad and his team's assistance I felt that I could make knowledgable decisions as a first time homebuyer. The transparency throughout the process was very appreciated. Ben took the time to get to know us and our needs which made the process feel less like a business transaction. He made everything as stress free as possible and that is beyond helpful as a first time home buyer. I strongly recommend Ben for mortgage needs!

Steve is the best loan officer in KY that I’ve come across. You can’t beat his customer service skills, his willingness to help and educate, and the ease and speed of going through the house buying process, which is difficult on its own. I can’t recommend Steve and his team enough.

Jon was referred to us by our financial advisor. He and his assistant, Vicky, made the whole process simple, smooth, and efficient! They were friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, made buying house a great experience

This was my first time working with Steve, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the process and provided valuable financial advice along the way. Uploading the required documents and signing the financing and closing paperwork digitally was quick and convenient, which made the entire process fast and easy. I didn’t believe we could get pre approved and was even told we couldn’t, I didn’t think we were there yet but I was actively trying to get us there. 4 days after I was told we can’t do anything Marcy called after i finished her application (I thought had been complete oops lol) and boom we’re pre approved, I was so shocked and then we had an amazing realtor who knew what I would love and pieces just felt into place! We bought our first home and will be forever grateful to Marcy Traci and there team

We were so happy that we had Fairway Mortgage on our side. They easily explained the process and were quick to answer any questions we had. We went from an accepted offer to close very quickly and got a great rate. Craig and his team were awesome!

Steve is an incredible human and an overall knowledge bank when it comes to buying/selling houses. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve relied on his expertise and honest advice over the years. His customer service is top notch and I can’t imagine working with anyone else now and in the future.
