We initially began working with Northpoint after another lender couldn’t really figure out how to get us qualified for the right product (in a self employed contractor, so I don’t fix the easy box). Northpoint absolutely turned over every stone to help my husband and I figure out which product loan fit us best, and it was the max amount of borrowing power putting us in exactly the market we wanted . From there , they worked diligently with us through the lending process all the way until closing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a lender for a home ! He and his team worked very quickly to meet our goal of closing before the end of the month (due to my husband starting a new job and the day they wanted him to start). From the day my husband got his job offer to the day we closed on our house was exactly one month!

I never questioned any of the information shared with me. I believe every communication was completely honest, direct and consistent with prior communications. No red flags surfaced during any interactions. Most importantly, absolutely no last-minute crisis materialized. I was told what they needed and after providing this information, no crazy requests were made up just to create last minute anxiety. This was truly the most stress-free experience I have ever had while trying to borrow money. This loan officer and company treated me like they treat themself. I am confident I signed the best possible situation for my family.

Everything!! Here is the review I intend to leave on Google: I almost never post reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so. I have been a real estate closing attorney for over 30 years, and during that time I have worked with virtually every national mortgage lender in the country. I have seen lenders at their very best and at their very worst .... Trust me when I say: Lyndee Paulus and her assistant, Carlee, are truly a cut above the rest. This was not an easy loan. We are self-employed, out of state, purchasing a second home, and had a firm 30-day window to close. Far from a slam dunk! Lyndee and Carlee not only got it done, they made what could easily have been a stressful and complicated process feel remarkably smooth. As impressive as that was, what really set them apart was the way they treated us throughout the entire process. To say they were responsive would be a gross understatement. There were times I was convinced they were actually precognitive, initiating contact with us just as we were composing an email or text to them. They were available at seemingly all hours of the day and night, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and kept us informed every step of the way. It was uncanny, and I’m still not entirely convinced either of them ever sleeps!  ;-p Beyond their responsiveness, their knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care were exceptional. Effective communication

They help me through my loan application. If I had any questions they answered them and I got weekly updates on how things were going. I would recommend them.

I recently worked on a file with Cole where he represented the buyer and I represented the seller. The moment I called Cole to talk through the buyers financing, I immediately felt comfortable and confident in his ability to get things to the finish line. He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. This gave me confidence in conveying the buyers strength to my sellers. After we accepted his clients offer, Cole was extremely proactive with communication which I greatly appreciated.
