We moved from Chicago. We did not know anyone in this area. Our realtor recommended Bill. From when we first started with Bill to the final loan approval, he helped and answered all our questions. Even while on vacation. He knows The Villages and all the requirements to get a loan to live there.

Working with Shelley (and her team) was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. Everyone's attention to detail and the way everything was explained to us made such a difference throughout the process.
