Caren is fantastic - personable, knowledgeable, responsive. She answered many questions for us as first-time home buyers, even some that were probably not directly loan related, or helped connect us to the right people. Shes always in a pleasant and friendly mood, and is great at reassuring and calming you down when youre frustrated or confused in any part of the process.
