When she's not available, she makes sure her assistant helps you. Colleen genuinely feels excited For me and came to the closing, which says a lot. Josh and his team made it a painless process , from what I had heard buying a house is never easy and takes a lot of time , emails , phone calls, for me it was painless , I am military so not always readily available to my phone but when I did get the chance to respond I always got a response back the same day , they made it quick, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening throughout the entire process

Advice and assistance through the whole process. Specifically when the remote signing was having issues.

There were two major things. Everyone was incredibly well organized and great at communicating to us about any problems or the status of events. They always kept Brendan and I in the loop which is so helpful and we appreciate them taking the time to explain if we had any questions. The second being everyone is incredibly skilled at managing any changes and challenges.
