What stood out most was how proactive her team was. They communicated each stage clearly, and they gave me my final amount to close two full days ahead of settlement. That meant I could wire my own funds early instead of waiting until closing. Everything was in place ahead of time, so settlement was smooth and simple, with no sitting around at the table waiting on wires to come through. It's the whole experience, beginning to end, that made working with Emily and her team great.
