He was very transparent and honest throughout the entire process and he did everything he could for my wife and I. Overall great experience

Nathan was extremely responsive to all of my questions. He was positive and energetic and got things done. My only concern was the last minute increase in rate by one full percentage point after continuously quoting me a lower rate.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our mortgage lender and everything she did for us throughout this process. From answering what felt like a million questions (some probably more ridiculous than others!) to helping us navigate a very unusual and sometimes stressful situation with the seller, she was there for us every single step of the way. She was patient, responsive, reassuring, and always willing to explain what was happening and what came next. There were definitely moments during this process when we felt overwhelmed or unsure, and having someone we trusted on our side made such a huge difference. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was made so much easier because of the time, effort, and care she put into helping us get to the finish line. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did to help us get into our new home. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home. The whole experience was so much easier than I was expecting. All my questions were answered quickly. The website/app for uploading documents was so easy to use.

Becky was very friendly and confident, she made things easier to understand. If i didn't understand something i could call Becky and ask her any questions i had, more than once. She made the whole process seamless; she asked for documents and once i got them to her she arranged everything. I think that my stress through the home buying process was kept in check by Becky as it was a very long home search but Becky helped keep me optimistic and focused on the things i wanted in a house rather than seeing the negatives.
