Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Being a first time homebuyer, most of this process was completely foreign to me. Sarah walked me through every step and made sure I understood what was going on at all times. Her and her team were also extremely responsive. If I ever had any questions, they would get back to me right away. This kept the ball rolling on the application and helped ensure no hiccups along the way. Overall it was a tremendous experience and I am extremely grateful to Sarah and her team for the hard work put in on my behalf.

Absolutely top notch mortgage experience! Beyond grateful to Michelle Kinder and her team with Fairway for stepping in and rescuing my home purchase. A short notice zoning issue threatened my transaction but Fairway was open to lending on a conforming residential home zoned commercial mixed use.

As first-time homebuyers, Crystal made the entire process so much easier. She was always available to help with questions, to offer expert advice, and was always going above and beyond to lower our home costs as much as possible. Crystal made sure to target the best monthly payment for us, but she can adjust her approach depending on the strategy needed for a home purchase (long term home vs. short term, etc.). Danielle was our biggest support and cheerleader through the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, we went into this process a little scared and frankly insecure as we were not the most fincially competitive clients, but Danielle never made us feel that way. She made us feel like we were her only clients, and encouraged us the whole way.
