Steven, Tracy, and Jake were all efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, and warm. Steven made our experience not only painless, but actually enjoyable and taught us a lot that no other loan officer we've worked with ever bothered to explain. He made us feel genuinely safe in his guidance and efforts, responded promptly and warmly every time we reached out, and went the extra mile for everything we needed. I would work with him a million more times gladly!

Ryan is very nice and he explained everything that was confusing excellently. He checked in to make sure everything was still going good and gave me updates through every part of the process. I was very impressed with the speed of which he responded to messages throughout the day and night ... even when he was on vacation ! Overall I would highly recommend Ryan to all family and friends. If I could give her a million stars, I would. Kim is the most relatable, personable, helpful, flexible person! This is exactly who you want in your corner when it comes to mortgages. As a first time home buyer myself, I have a lot of anxiety and questions and I also need a lot of reassurance. Kim did all of this with ease. She made sure I always felt informed. I would absolutely recommend her again and again. While I hope this is my forever home, if I ever need more mortgage assistance/when it comes time to refinance, she will be our first call. An absolute rockstar human being with a heart of gold. You won't regret a second of working with her.

It was super quick and easy when Mary was working with him. We were working with a non trusted loan officer he was very fraudulent. Here came in Scott! He jumped in and saved the day!
