As first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect throughout the process. Chris and his team were excellent. They were patient and helped walk me through the process, which I sincerely appreciated. He helped us secure a great interest rate and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Chris and his team are excellent communicators and the additional services they provide, ie home insurance acquisition and utilities set up services, made the moving process so much easier.

My experience with my loan officer John Engel has been positive. John always took the time to listen and answer questions. He took my calls during and after working hours. He was quick to answer emails and text messages.
