Good, timely communications and professionalism

Tina Cardosi was amazing. She is a perfectionist which is extremely helpful when obtain a loan and closing on a home. She is extremely knowledgeable in mortgage and is with you every step of the way. I called her on the same day she had hip surgery and she called me back to help me that same day! Thank you very much for your hard work and for being such a nice person! I will be referring future friends and family to her! I will also use her in the future if I buy more property.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible our experience was with Kevin! My husband and I first tried to get a loan through our builder, and it was honestly a disappointing process—poor communication, delays, and overall lack of follow-through. Julian is an expert in all things mortgage. He's also very responsive, friendly and keeps things calm during an otherwise potentially stressful process. This is my third mortgage with him and there's no one I trust more! 12/10 experience!
