My experience with Damon and the staff at Fairway Mortgage was legendary. Damon stepped in and got my mortgage approved for the home I wanted when another source fell through. I was at a place in my life where I needed a new beginning and Damon made that happen in spite of some obstacles. His experience and expertise in supporting and directing me on what processes I needed to follow to obtain the home loan that was taylored to my particular situation. I did not feel like just another loan number. He kept me informed every day and also maintained contact after the loan closed. In addition, their app was great. Caren was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. What we had to go through to finally get this home closed was anything but easy, and I honestly believe most people would have gotten frustrated and given up along the way. Caren never did. Every time we hit another delay, issue, or unexpected obstacle, she stayed on top of it, kept us informed, and continued pushing forward to get us to the finish line. She was patient, responsive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about getting this done for us. There were plenty of times when Connie and I wondered if we were ever going to get this house closed, but Caren continued working behind the scenes and never stopped fighting to make it happen. After everything we went through, finally getting the message that we were funded and closed was an incredible feeling. Caren played a huge part in making that happen, and we can't thank her enough. If you're looking for a loan officer who will stick with you when things get difficult instead of giving up, Caren is exactly the person you want in your corner. We're first time home buyers and had a lot of questions, and Scott was happy to walk us through every single one. I cannot overstate how invaluable his help was!

This was the easiest experience I have ever had out of 7 closings. Tony explained everything very well and had good communication with Shelly. I had everything on my end done right away.
