From preapproval/prequalification conversations about various options or circumstances that were available to us to turning around our loan application on such a quick timeline. The lending process was one of the easiest things about buying a house, and that was due to Trey's team, their communication, and their dedication to providing excellent service!

At risk of veing overly brief, it is hard to describe specific things that made it great. Simply speaking, the entire experience was great - from the initial interaction to closing. Lindsay was friendly, very prompt, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful through the entire interaction. If we were to buy another home (which I don't forsee hapening for a LONG time if ever) I would certainly want to work with Lindsay again.
