Quick to respond was the biggest thing. As a new home owner this was very helpful and helped put me at ease. Knowing I wouldnt have to wait long for a response when I had questions. Also everyone was very kind and showed they were there to assist me in anyway they could. The process was less stressful then I imagined and that was due to the effort that was displayed.

She never made the process feel rushed and took the time to make sure I understood what I was reviewing. We also experienced multiple closing delays. Nicole had secured a very competitive rate for us and worked through those delays while keeping that locked rate in place. All went smoothly. The only snag was the confusion over me being eligible for a VA loan or not. Eventually went with a conventional loan and was able to lock in my rate.
