Overall good, there were a few gaps in communication regarding what would be due at closing. Despite the misnomer "Zero cost to close" does not actually mean there is nothing due at closing. By the time everything rolled around, we just accepted it as a sink cost and moved on...

There were some last-minute complications with our loan, and a lot of back-and-forth between the lender, agent, and title. Paige and the whole team were so patient with our questions and concerns. We chose the team not just for the great rate, but also for the clear explanations Paige provided at the beginning of the process. We are so thankful to have had partners like this throughout our process.
