Nathan did a great job helping us with our move to our new home in Idaho. Our transaction had a lot of challenges dealing with the potential of having to use a hard money loan while juggling a too close for comfort close date, and his flexibility with our loan eased our stress immensely. We are very thankful for all of his hard work, communication, and knowledge helping us with the purchase of our house.
