We worked with Geetesh Kapoor at Fairway Home Mortgage for our first home purchase and would absolutely recommend him. I will say his direct approach may be off-putting to some, but it comes from a place of wanting to inform and protect you, and you really can’t ask for more when making the biggest financial decision of your life. As first-time buyers doing a cross-country VA loan with multiple timeline changes, we had a lot of questions and stress. Geetesh spent over an hour with us upfront, explaining everything in detail and making sure we truly understood the process, rates, and options. Compared to other lenders we spoke with, his knowledge and transparency stood out immediately. His responsiveness and team support were excellent. Even when he wasn’t available, someone always was. He helped us lock a great rate at the right time and structured our loan so our payment was lower than expected, and we even received money back at closing. At the very end, when something was missed, he and his team owned it, fixed it immediately, and covered it so it didn’t delay closing. That level of accountability says everything. He made us feel confident and supported the entire time, even when I was stressed. Trusting him was absolutely the right decision.
