Very stream line and easy

We reached out to Sherene for pre-approval on a VA loan. As first-time home buyers, we felt pretty in the dark navigating the lending process. Sherene and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. Sherene was incredibly organized, attentive, and efficient which made our experience so smooth and allowed us to close on our home in record timing. Could not recommend working with her enough!

Kevin knew the right questions to ask and the right place to go to find the answers for our unique circumstances. We went from VA to Conventional, which increased the sellers contribution, and having just moved back to the States after 20+ years of traveling the world, there were a LOT of questions about our credit, where our money was coming from, how stable was our work situation, you name it. Kevin stuck with it, and was persistent when he had to be to get the job done for us. We really appreciated all of his communcation and coordination.

Best experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. I have had some terrible experiences. Mackenzie and Sarah are truly premium employees of Fairway. The entire process from start to finalizing the loan was made simply by those ladies. They were knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and the communication was incredible.
