The team was great at keeping me informed of the process. The steps were listed and defined and I was updated via email each time a step in the approval process was completed and my loan request moved to the next one.

I had a lot of questions with a first time purchase and I like to be fairly detailed. he always answered, and was happy to explain things. I also appreciated the ease of use of your online system, application, and uploading documents. The portal is simple to use.

Mike continues to be our 'go to' person for our mortgage needs. He makes this complex process very easy for us. Mike is very responsive to all questions we have and is transparent.

We really appreciated Eric explaining our options around locking interest rates and the trade offs associated with those different options. Then following up with us when the market started to shift and adivsing we consider locking immediately. He saved us a significant amount of money over the life of the mortgage with this advice.
