What made this experience great was Sergio’s level of attention to detail and his availability. Sergio was very patient in explaining the process and keeping me updated on any potential changes. I always felt like he was only a phone call away. I had many questions but felt supported by him and his team for each phase. There are times we would jump on a video call to review documents, I know for a fact that is not the industry standard. This is just one example of how Sergio went the extra mile! It was important to him that I understand the terms I was agreeing to and more importantly that I was comfortable moving on to the next step. I am so grateful especially because this was my first home purchase!
