Chris Dangerfield provided better rates than any other lender I spoke to! He was extremely responsive and helpful. He and his team worked very quickly to meet our goal of closing before the end of the month (due to my husband starting a new job and the day they wanted him to start). From the day my husband got his job offer to the day we closed on our house was exactly one month!

The communication with the team is exceptional. I didn't have to lift a finger or stress about anything throughout this process. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nothing but positive energy and vibes from everyone.

David and his team were wonderful! I would instantly recommend him to family and friends. We just returned from living overseas and home buying was already so stressful to me but David was so knowledgeable about home loans and finances. He knew exactly how to get every possible benefit from out VA loan. He always gave us his full attention and leaned into every question I had with full attention and transparency. It was a outstanding experience.
