Sue was super communicative, very responsive when I reached out, she explained things in a way I could understand, and always made sure I knew what the next step was.

Jo has been consistently clear, never misleading, prompt and very efficient. All of her team with whom I interacted reflected these qualities along with a pervasive cheerfulness which seemed genuine.
