Working with Dennis as our loan officer was truly an amazing experience. From the very beginning, he brought such great energy and positivity to the process, while always being honest, knowledgeable, and realistic about each step along the way. Dennis communicated exceptionally well the entire time — whether it was with me directly or with other members of my team like agents and attorneys. I always felt informed and supported, and he made sure everyone stayed on the same page throughout the process. What stood out most was his ability to stay solution-focused. Anytime it felt like we might have a setback, Dennis calmly found options and strategies to keep things moving forward. The team at Fairway are wonderful! They walked me through every step of the home buying process from rate options all the way to closing and post closing mortgage decisions. Their Fairway app made it easy to upload required documentation and track the status of my loan application. The team checked in weekly and were always available for a phone call to discuss particulars. They worked with my lawyers in different states to ensure the closing would go smoothly. I felt like the entire process was on autopilot after I uploaded the last document I was responsible for. I highly recommend working with the Fairway team, they have people who care and I felt like more of a neighbor than a number.
