Communication is excellent. Bill and Amy are always on top of things - never letting anything fall through the cracks. We truly wouldn't know what we're doing when it comes to loans, refinancng, etc. without Bill's expertise. Plus he remembers the little things about our family that go a long way. Would recommend his services time and time again!

With rates falling, I had hoped the loan rate would have been a little lower. I think some competitors are offering a lower rate. Also the number of fees involved resulted in sticker shock. Jacob and Rose were great!
