Mike assisted in the purchase of our first home over the last few months. We were under contract in December but did not close until February, Mike remained communicative and informative throughout that entire timeline. To be totally honest everything made it great... Tammy was extremely helpful and made things as easy as they could be... which was good because I needed all the help I could get... very helpful and always had a solution for any problem that I had and even had solutions to help me fix them... overall Tammy was a pleasure to work with and I'm glad she was my real estate agent... 10/10 would definitely work with again in the future and will recommend her services to anyone who needs them

Jim's ability to explain things in a straight forward manner and without the need for a sales pitch. I just need a loan and what are my options that make sense? Jim very much kept the process flowing and I was very thankful to have him involved in the process for that reason. House buying is a complicated process and in the mortgage lending area, things went about as smooth as they possibly could have.

The attention to detail and the attention you get from him. Also, the turnaround time when you ask a question is less than 24 hours.

Michael was always available to answer any questions we had. We really valued that as we were looking at homes and making decision about offers on the weekends.

Everyone was so helpful and professiona!

Alan was always on top of his tasks, and kept very good communication with me. Took phone calls, Text messages, and used snapshots where I was unable to download files. He always kept me up to date on everything and projected the next steps and deadlines of paperwork, closing fees, and closing times. Worked well with my Realator, and informed her of all information which was pertinent to the task of helping me purchase a new home.

As an already existing customer, I did not appreciate having to haggle and negotiate to get the best rate. It was frustrating to have to fight for Fairway to retain my business.
