Steve was incredibly kind, clear, and fierce during our approval process . He took time to hear our story, explain every part of the process as transparent as possible, and map out multiple avenues to approval to ensure we received the best deal. He is very responsive, efficient, and extremely transparent. 100/10, would recommend.

Randy was basically available at all hours. I work nights so early evening/night is when it was easiest to respond and he was always willing. I am horrible at remembering things and he was respectfully, continuously checking in to make sure things were completed in a timely manner. Not once did I feel unintelligent or worried to ask questions. He offered advice about things "life" and "new homeowner" related and it wasn't just about money. Randy is just a great guy, always putting in hard work and intentional effort.
