Jill Murray and her team were outstanding throughout our entire home loan process. Their communication was excellent, they kept us informed every step of the way, and their timing was impeccable. They truly listened to our needs, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and highly recommend Jill Murray and her staff to anyone purchasing a home.

We have worked with Paige and her team on three occasions now for our mortgage needs, and each time has been nothing short of excellent! Paige is an excellent communicator throughout the entire process, so you never feel uneasy or uninformed. The online format for submitting documents and seeing the loan progress was also very streamlined. I highly recommend Fairway!

Been in Real Estate over 25 years! Now it is our turn to downsize and buy a new home! Only talked to Tracy - she does all her homework up front BEFORE she gives you a preapproval! In my line of work - I've seen lenders who did not take the time for preapproval only to have my Buyer's disappointed later during the transaction! Question - Tracy is honest and upfront - just ask and she will answer or FIND the answer! She is AMAZING! as several folks have said! Thank you! Can't wait for the next chapter in our life in our new home!

10/10 for Fairway! Our second home purchase was even smoother than the first thanks to Daniel Gonzalez. He gave us a much better rate than the first lender we were working with, and he helped us understand all the confusing parts of a loan estimate. Should we ever need to move, Daniel at Fairway will be one of our first calls.

We were able to close but do wish we were able to avoid those hiccups

Phil was easy to work with, answered all my questions and made the entire process very easy. He was very knowledgeable and even went out of his way to chat with us after hours to make sure we were able to lock in our interest rate. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future.
