What made my experience so great is that Mat Fowler was SUPER Patient, Kind, Funny, and Really good at his job. There's no one else I would choose to help with my loans especially when it gets stressful he is there to put us back on track. I Really appreciate everything Mat has done, Mat is Truly a good person! 10/10 would loan again

That we got it done. more consistent communication especially during unsure times would have helped ease our overall stress. The week before we were supposed to close we didn't hear from Katie. We had to constantly text and call to get any information during that time. When we did hear back it was touch and go with informatio. Thankfully we figured it out and were were able to close. My family and I are very appreciative of that.

Smooth communication and a constant update on the status of the loan in a timely manner made the loan process irritation free.

The process was very smooth. Signing was a breeze. Ryan was on top of everything the whole process and walked us theough through everything.

Working with the team was a great experience. Nicole and Jodie were always very responsive and the communication on the process was excellent. The reason I didn’t put a higher rating was because at the time of closing the attorney asked for the physical POA document and I was never told that was needed at closing. I understand that the closing office and my real estate agent should have also advised me that was needed but it was disappointing to get to the finish line and then be told we aren’t officially closed. Also having my wife run to FedEx to pay for an overnight envelope wasn’t ideal. Other then that the team was great
