Dean and his team provided excellent, professional and courteous service. They were able to move the loan through a quick closing and always provided documation in a timely manner. Dean was always available to answer my many questions and help guide me through the process. The whole staff were super to work with from beginning to end.

Carrie was heaven sent! During our initial interactions, Carrie provided us with a real, no-none sense assessment of what was achievable based on our situation. She continued to provide information and timelines to us regularly, and she always maintained a constructive tenure with us as novices throughout this experience. When we found ourselves confused or when we encountered hurdles from other key components of this process, Carrie always was a shoulder to lean on, while also collaborating with us to develop contingency plans for circumstances that could have potentially derailed our objectives in this process. Once we reached the finish line and officially closed, Carrie continued to provide guidance to us on key next steps after a home purchase, and she continues to make herself available for our occasional questions or concerns, however mundane. We genuinely believe that Carrie was key to making our dream a reality, and we eagerly recommend her to others in the market for homes and/or financing, regardless of their homebuying experience.

What made it great was the friendliness and caring the team give me.. It's like you are family. They definitely help you and inform you every step of the way. Pete is always making sure you have the right information and if he doesn't know it he would definitely find it. Overall you all are great.
