Malcolm Crane is a man of great character and has the confidence to help and assist with all mortgage related matters. His availability is told upfront and he was there for me when I needed advice at all times. He reassured me of obtaining a mortgage and when anything was in question, Malcolm told me outright. I was kept abreast of all transactions and information that pertained to me achieving my goal as a homeowner. If I need to do this again, I am definitely reaching out to Malcolm.

Erin did an incredible job of not only going through the process with me, but also finding not often used services (i.e., renovation loan attached) that allowed me to select the house I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay and handle the renovations needed. Additionally, she educated me on some options for closing that I was not aware of. She was available to answer questions and continue to walk me through the process to make my first home buying purchase as painless as possible.
