Mark Ybarra is very knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. From the beginning, he told me to be patient and the right house will find me. It sure did! I was not looking for a two-story house, but found one at a great deal. It will definitely be comfortable and great for my family. Mark explained the process, programs, and numbers in detail and working closely with my realtor, they got the best deal for me.
