Daniel and the fairway team took such great care of my fiancé and I - from start to finish, guiding us through the process and explaining it in ways that made perfect sense for us. Daniel took time to make sure we understood the process and kept a clear line of communication open so we weren’t wondering where our refinance was at in the process!

Tim guided us through the planning and financing of our new semi-custom build and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and calm. He was professional, kind, and always quick to respond. His deep market knowledge and ability to explain the impact of each decision gave us confidence at every step. We truly felt supported throughout the entire journey.

From my first interaction with Marshall I never felt the pressure I felt with other lenders to move forward until I was ready. He was very knowledgable and provided his expertise to help me make informed decisions. He communicated extremely well, keeping me in the loop and always getting back to me ASAP to answer any pressing questions. I had some last minute hiccups around closing that could have potentially cost me the home but Marshall came through to save the day to make sure we closed on time without any issues. Would definitely recommend Marshall and his team to anyone.

Jennifer Row was great with communication during my entire loan proccess. I always felt like a priority. She was always there to help answer any qustrions or concerns. If something needed corrected, she was on top of it. I highly recommend her and would request her service again in the future if i needed it.
