The whole process took way too long compared to other mortgages we have done with you in the past. There was a significant delay on the initial contact and info needed. Had to submit Bank Statements 3 times and close to a 4th.

Due to unforseen circumstances, I didn't present with a good financial situation but John made the result of those circumstances better than I could have ever imagined! He calmed my anxieties and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. 200 stars!

Kurt was more than up to date on the status of my loan process. He was very professional and friendly. He always answered all my questions and explained what steps had to be taken for the process to continue in a timely manner. Kurt is very knowledgeable in the Loan Process System and yet very good at explaining the "whys" of the Process to his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.
