The government has made it very cumbersome for anyone looking for a mortgage but Bill not only knows everything you need to do but makes it paint-by-numbers and does it all with a great attitude.

How simple everything was made for us

We have worked with Shane on a nunber of transactions and he is always quick to respond and honest with answers. We alwYs know the deal will get closed in time with Shane and his team!

Mike was always available. He's very great at helping and he's a good man.

Austin knows his stuff! He walked us through every step of the process, and never hesitated to offer encouragement! He followed up at appropriate times, and made sure to assist us with everything that needed doing.
