Communication was perfect and the flexibility Brad offered. I was able to speak on weekends or after my work hours. He was able to accommodate and throughly explain things to me if I didn't understand them.

Eric was very fast and accurate with everything we needed. He even gave us the preapproval lets precisely for each property, even if it was 9pm at night. This greatly helped us get our offer accepted on the house in this tight competive housing market

I started working with another lender whose rate for a 10 year ARM looked very good. They were difficult to work with and slow. my realtor suggested u talk to Kevin. Kevin proposed a 30 yr fixed rate and explained why he thought it was better for someone in my position. His explanation made sense to me the rate was good and he made the process easy and fast .

Jodi always made herself available. She was very responsive. Even outside of normal hours, and I assured her she did not have to reply straight away. She always replied and was super kind. There were no dumb questions with Jodi. She made this experience as easy as possible.
