Quick communication and kindness!

We found a house that matched our expectations, and it was going to be a bidding war. Seller listed it on a Thursday - the day before banks were to be closed for a federal holiday - so our bank mortgage department couldn’t help. Our realtor connected us with Brad who immediately jumped into action. Overnight we got a pre-approval letter, and on Saturday we won the bidding war against cash buyers. We could not have accomplished this without Brad and his team.
