Too much to list- we felt comfortable from the start & had NO trust issue's- I felt at ease & felt like this transition was easy- I was given all & more assistance then ever could've imagined- Raygen & her team were SO kind!!! I feel like I've got a friend for life as well-! I've had customer service jobs & finance jobs, office jobs & can say Raygen & her team are welcoming & inviting & extremely kind- I could keep going- I am happy & am thankful my Husband & I took this leap of faith- we probably wouldn't have attempted to buy a home this late in life if it weren't for Raygen & her team & Melissa- Ty from the bottom of my heart-!!!

Dennis was great, however the communication from his team was not exactly as expected and most times frustrating. I had to send the same item multiple times, some items requested were not specific enough on what to send so I found myself having to send different variations of what was requested, or something altogether different.

Anthony and Erin were very professional, understanding and always available. They guided us through the process of completing necessary paperwork online and answered all our questions. Anthony had answers to all the questions we threw at him!

Andy is able to get through challenging situations in a unbelievable fashion and time line and in most cases is ready to close days if not weeks befor your closing date the client is under minimal stress Andy's crew has you covered , These people are rock stars Andy and his team answer the phone or call you back every time you have a question or need to get a hold of them. They make sure you understand the situation and you have clarity of all concerns. Give you such a great piece of mind this team is so good.
