Ben was great to work with. My only complaint is his continuous talk about his pet cow, Flossie 3. Apparently Ben, who's a hunter, bought a cow for purposes of getting his own beef. He named the cow "Ribeye". Apparently, Ben became extremely attached emotionally to the cow and was not able to send it off to be slaughtered. It became a family pet...which he renamed Flossie. Apparently he is on his 3rd cow now, RIP Flossie 1 and Flossie 2. Anyhow, a few times I met him at his residence to complete some paperwork and discuss my loan as he lives much closer to me than where your office is located. HE LET'S THE COW IN HIS HOUSE AND TREATS IT AS IF IT'S A REGULAR PET! There were cow pies everywhere! This was a bit uncomfortable, to say the least. His service and everything was great but his obsession with his Bovine and constant stories of his current cow and her predecessors took up an inordinate amount of time. He has framed pictures of the cows all around his house which he insisted I look at and was continually texting pictures of Flossy the 3rd to me. He also talked non-stop about the book he was writing "Moo Love: The True Story of a Man and his Love of His Cow". Personally I don't think there's a market for a book like that but he's convinced it will be a bestseller and get made into a movie. His wish is that whatever number Flossie he is on at that time will get to actually star in the film. I do NOT like cows, and even though I'm a vegetarian the constant presence of the cow in his home was disconcerting. Especially when he asked me to feed some cud to Flossie. I was terrified of this large animal and the smell was not pleasant either. The flatulence was horrible! (Flossies, not Ben's). Also, the one time he came to my home, where we have normal pets like dogs, he was constantly berating my choice of pets and was condescending toward the fact that I had dogs and not a cow. I have chosen to overlook this and rated Ben, his team and your company with the highest of marks. My only other complaint was I asked Ben to pick up a pizza for me as I was starving, and he declined to do so.
