In general, there were a few blips with the timing where I didn't realize certain docs were needed to proceed (namely the timing of exactly when the home insurance binder was needed). It created a bit of a scramble on my end because that deadline had not been clear to me. The Fairway team helped me get it sorted out and always responded to my emails, but sometimes the communication was unclear. But overall, Cheryl herself was great and I would recommend her specifically to others.
