Carrie was great to work with and her team was very communicative and kept our loan moving forward so we could have a quick 30-day close. Being new homeowners, Lucas helped us through the entire process, was extremely helpful and patient, and answered any questions we had.

The process was very smooth, especially for it being such a quick close. Don is very knowledgeable, insightful, and offers good advice. If you can provide required info in a timely manner, Don and the team will make your life easier.

Michael Potito had an incredibly professional approach. My mortgage was relatively small and was made harder to underwrite because of construction details. Michael kept going and finding a way. In midstream we had to completely change course and start with a new application because of income and expense changes. Michael kept going and finding a way. Vlad was very thorough, professional, patient, and punctual. He did a great job explaining the homebuying and lending process to us as first time homebuyers and was always very accessible and quick to get back to us with any questions or problems we encountered.

Communication and help was amazing

Christine was always available for prompt feedback and replies. The first time we talked to her, she even advised us against a risky loan product and told us to wait and pay off some consumer debt. we came back with debt paid off and ready to buy.

Alex helped us out a ton through the process of a couple condos that had issues and eventually helped us fund our dream home!
