She advised on how I could use my home sale proceeds to pay down debt instead of paying a higher down payment. I am essentially debt free now. Lastly she anticipated that my closing would be delayed and went ahead and extended my rate for me without my having to ask. I am so grateful that Lori was my loan officer.
