As an agent, I know things are constantly changing in this market on rates and I do appreciate the help, but my client was constantly stressed due to poor communication from lender. I had to reassure them that the builder would not partner with you if they didn't believe you could come through for their clients, and if needed I also had other options, but this one certainly came down to the wire in last few days before closing. So more communication throughout the entire process even just to check in on them would help to better support the client going forward would build more confidence in you and Fairway.
