We never felt like she didn't have our best interest at heart or was only looking out for the company. On the contrary, she showed us she cared and made every effort to get us the best mortgage she could at the best rates, even informing us of what were the best options to keep our payments as low as possible. She even went further and helped us get the best homeowner insurance prices as well AND recommended a wonderful realtor (who was also AMAZING). Zach made the process so easy and smooth. Going into being a first time home buyer seems so overwhelming and not achievabe. But he answered all questions great and made us feel comfortable trusting him to help us!
