Todd was in training and only had a 10 minute break and we offered to call back at a more convenient time for him but he said " let's go ahead and answer the questions we can and if we need more time we can talk again later " that is what made us choose fairway. We called other places and they made us feel like we were bothering them with our questions. Todd took the time and answered every single question and with a great attitude. He helped us understand the process and walked us through what to do next. The rest of the staff we shared emails with were also very kind but Todd is the one that sealed the deal for my wife and I and made us choose fairway!

Cole is always very available to thoroughly answer my questions. The refinance that we completed came at a very busy time for me, but Cole assured me that he would make the process as hands-off for me as possible. Due to my location and current barriers to travel, he was even able to have the title company come out to my home for the closing.
