I am grateful that Regina had kept the shortened closing scenario on-track for my home purchase. Her reminders and to-do lists were critical in pacing myself through the world of loans/realty, which somewhat foreign to me. She supported my questions on any inconsistencies or confusing sections in contracts, and was almost always available when I needed that support. Otherwise, she was able to return my calls/messages soon afterward.
