The communication was wonderful and always prompt . Brian was also very helpful explaining things to me as a first time home buyer and kept me prepared for everything as soon as it happened allowing for a quick and informed closing in the end .

Chad went above and beyond for us. He answered every phone call and returned every text throughout this whole proces. I had given up several times. He hung in there and put together a very difficult FHA construction loan. Chad made a dream of ours come true.

He was explained everything in detail to where I understood what exactly was being done and what I was signing up for. Anytime I had a question or issue, he would respond in a timely fashion and made sure things were taken care of the the best of his abilities.

David is a true professional. Love listening to this guy explain the whole buying process and what you need to do to get everything done. Really takes his time to make sure you know what's going on. Helps you understand all the numbers and where they lead to. Is on top of everything in making sure your home buying process is moving along. If and when I decide to buy another house, I will definitely be dealing with David Haley and the rest of his team at Fairway Home mortgage.
