Great Personal Touch - It was so nice of Carol to come to my closing. She mentioned she attends all of her closings, making it clear she cares so much about her customers. Not only did she attend my closing, but she brought me celebratory cookies and the most adorable personalized card congratulating me on my new home. These personal touches meant so much! 3.
