We on multiple occassions tried to move fast and get a loan together. Kim was nothing but a pro on helping us clearly understand what was and wasn't possible and delivered an awesome turn around on what ultimately ended up being the home we bought. Easy to use system for signing docs, interacting with her etc. Incredible experience.

I am solely rating the highest marks for my experience with Ken Roberts. I want that made clear. This man did everything he could to get us to the finish line up against some very tight deadlines and not so happy customers after our first broker dragged her feet and bsically did nothing but string us along for months and months. Once she was out of the picture, Ken espoused great work ethic and values in taking on what was essentially a dead deal. he worked tirelessly to ensure that our experience would not negatively affect Fairway and was able to get our deal done in very short order. I only hope that your organization is filled with people like Ken. He is a shining example of a vendor I would not hesitate to work with in the future as well as reccomend to friends and family looking for the services he provides!

Ben Sharpe and staff made everything great for me. They work hard to make everything possible. The convenient of signing the documents electronically were great. The signing and closing were schedule on time. Fairway is a great lending company to work with. If I had to do it again I would definitely work with Ben and staff. Great people and great staff!
