I'm going to blame the problems with the experience based on the fact that the orignal bank was purchsed halfway though this transaction. But the multiple pulling of credit, filling out and providing the same information multiple times, seems to me that which ever account software and storage is being used, is either inadequate or the staff is not proficient in retention of documentation. When I have switched POS systems for my businesses or Account management platforms for my compaines I owned, I did not request my guests go in and transfer over their information because of a choice that I made. I transfer the data for my clients and customers, they are already annoyed they have to make new log on IDs and Passwords and use a different system. To be blunt, I purchased 140 some odd properties all at the same time ten odd years ago, and I did far less legwork AND paperwork then I did to secure the notes to build and then purchase my home.
