good and quick communication

Thomas was wonderful to work with, he made everything easy and understandable. He was very easy to communicate with and he made sure to answer all my questions in a timely manner.

Sorry - I think the question should read "...something that would make it positive". Seemed to be an inordinate amount of paperwork. Have closed two houses previously in Prescott and this is the most labor intensive experience yet. Also confusing as some docs went to my husband and some to me and from different people. Anyway, it is finally done and we're happy about that.

Clear and direct communication, any and all questions were immediatly answered and followed up by additional team members to ensure everything is clear. Outstanding.

Great communication through both email and phone calls to ensure I was aware of and able to sign any necessary paperwork to expedite the closing of our mortgage. I had been dreading the refinancing process because I expected it to be long and complicated, but this was by far the easiest and most seamless experience. Michelle's great communication

Colin and Lucas are top professionals in their field. When working with them, you know they have your best interest covered.

Communication was mostly quick, showing the houses while we weren't able to be there in person went well, got all questions answered, and they did all they could to get as much from the seller. For example credits, repairs and reports.

Bob is very knowledgeable and communicates excellently. He helped us understand what was going on and what our options were every step of the way. When difficulties arose, he worked tirelessly to find a solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone!
