Our funding fell out at the last minute with another lender. ONE call to Josh and he had us up and running again. We thought our sights at homeownership was at a dead end and we’d lose the house we loved so dearly. We promised and he came through!!!! He gave us everything including personal time, his commitment and his knowledge of the industry. Got us a better loan deal than we thought we qualified for!!!!! We owe Josh and his team everything!
