Whenever we needed to know something, however small, Brian and Jennifer were there for us. I learned an awful lot through this process. I had never sent pictures of documents via text, never accessed links from my phone or worked with professionals all across the country. They made it effortless and we're very patient as I learned. Working with Fairway Mortgage is a very positive experience and one we would be very happy to talk to anyone about. Very good listeners as well.

The process was very easy.

Dave was our first contact when we decided to go home shopping. He walked us through our pre-approval and introduced us to our agent too. When we found the house we wanted, he was available to answer our questions, not just on the week days either. He and his team were patient when my partner and I had documents to review, but would also give gentle reminders often. He knew what he was doing and made the homebuying experience simple.

Mike was extremely transparent throughout the whole process and there for me every step of the way. He guided me seemlessly through my first home purchase and was extremely knowledgeable about my loan but also so many other things outside of his purview. I felt very supported the entire time and knew I was in the best hands possible! Mike took the time to make sure I always felt comfortable and that I understood every step of the process.
