Richard and his team were absolutely phenomenal in the entire process of purchasing our dream home. We presented him with a challenge and he was up for it. Not only did he get our preapproval done, but he made sure to communicate to the banks our very unique situation. He worked tirelessly to prove to them we needed the approval. Once we had the preapproval, we then had to wait for our home to sell and find another one. When we came to him stating our home had an offer and we had presented one with the challenge of can you close this in 20 days? Not once did he say it could be done, he accepted the challenge and not only met the challenge, but exceeded the expectations by having us ready to go even sooner than the 20 days that we had requested! We never had questions along the way that weren’t already presented to us ahead of time with full explanations videos, and phone calls to guide us along the way. His entire team, the app that they use for uploading documents and communication, and the videos to explain each step along the way were a huge asset altogether! This process was not frustrating at any step of the way. We were guided wonderfully and this was not our first homebuying process so it was amazing to see the difference in how his company works. We highly recommend Richard and his team! Thanks to them, I’m writing this review while drinking coffee, admiring my beautiful view of the water!
