The easiest settlement and loan process I've ever had! (And that's probably...15 different loans so far.) I dreaded the processs - the past few properties have been NVR/Lennar mortgage companies. Easily described as "NIGHTMARE". We had no debt, money in the back, great Jobs- 350k combined income and fantastic credit- and yet we were made to feel like deadbeats asking for a loan.
