We were always informed and any questions we had we always had a call back on the same day or they would get the answer and give us a call on a Saturday. we had great guidance and whenever we buy another house further in the future Angie Turleys teams the only team we want to work with .

Lori and her team were ahead of the game from the beginning. They told us exactly what we needed and what to expect. They were quick to return any inquiries and sent weekly updates. Their portal was a great help as well, but they also had no problem in speaking to us as well for that personal touch.

Mike is really knowledgeable. He is no nonsense and gets the job done. The platform used is easy and organized making to upload documents. I would suggest Ashley, his assistant to tighten up on things. She made a few mistakes on the underwriting explanation of information, when we got down to the end of the process . I also sent her a document, and she asked for it again, as she didn't see it in her email . That part of the process could use a bit tightening up, but overall it was a great experience. Mike explained every line on the Loan documents, making it very clear what I was paying. I felt there was enough communication between us. I would HIGHLY recommend others to use him.
