Jeff reached out to me during evenings to ask questions on paperwork or to notify us that he found a better option for our mortage. I felt like "Wow, Jeff reached out during his free time, are we that special?" But I was told that Jeff treats all customers like that becasue he is the best. Home buying is a fast process and we had just three weeks to do everything, but Jeff answerd my silly questions and took the time to make sure we understood everything. I would love to work with Jeff again, but he helped us buy our dream home and hopefully we don't need a mortgage for a long time. I will certainly look forward to refinancing instead.
