As somebody with a new baby, a job, and general life duties going on ALONG WITH buying a house, she helped me stay on track, and I always felt like I had a companion to guide me when things felt hectic or confusing. I would estimate that Cheryl was probably the single most important factor in making our home buying experience smooth and painless. I would give her a 25 out of 10 if possible.
