Laura is very responsive, always on top of letting us know what she needs from us and getting everything done. We didn't have to worry about things getting done on time. This is the 3rd time she's helped us with the purchase of a house and there's a reason we keep going back to her.

Compliance held it up for an extended period of time. It caused a two to three week delay in the closing time discussed with Chip. Chip was great. Compliance can be improved. Maybe do a full review and ask for everything at one time rather than finding one thing and waiting for it, only to then find one more thing.

Nate made my buying process easy to follow. No matter the time or day Nate had the time and answers.
