Josh was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. This is my second time using him to purchase a home. Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the entire lending process feel smooth, straightforward, and manageable. His communication was outstanding—he was always quick to respond, kept us updated every step of the way, and was incredibly patient with all of our questions.What impressed us most was how transparent and helpful Josh was throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, made sure there were never any surprises, and truly made us feel like he had our best interests in mind. He was knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We couldn’t be happier with Fairway Mortgage! They were extremely patient with all our questions during the homebuying process and quick to provide helpful information. At one point, we faced some roadblocks and they stuck by us, making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Their entire team is professional, but also very personal. Julie stuck with me for a few years, checking in on my situation and always checking to see when the time was needed to get started on my refinance or hold off. She made herself available to answer questions and give feedback when needed, even on the weekends. Julie made the process of my situation/refinance go smoothly and if there was a hiccup, she responded in a timely mannar to make sure I/it was taken care of as soon as possibe.

Bryant was very patient and helpful during the entire process. I had a few questions, and Bryant always responded in a professional and timely manner. Great service all around!
