Erik was excellent to work with, especially in walking us through a variety of scenarios for our mortgage and making sure we had all of our questions answered. When we needed work done after hours, Erik provided excellent and expedient service. After our transaction, Erik reached out to continue offering his services where needed to help in managing our home. We are very appreciative of his expertise and will steer others to him in the future.

10/10. Blessed to have worked with Marshall and his team. From my first interaction with Marshall I never felt the pressure I felt with other lenders to move forward until I was ready. He was very knowledgable and provided his expertise to help me make informed decisions. He communicated extremely well, keeping me in the loop and always getting back to me ASAP to answer any pressing questions. I had some last minute hiccups around closing that could have potentially cost me the home but Marshall came through to save the day to make sure we closed on time without any issues. Would definitely recommend Marshall and his team to anyone.
