Working with Kim and her team was honestly exactly what we needed. From the start, they were so patient, kind, and just really supportive through everything. There were moments where we felt like things might get complicated, but they always stepped in and handled it so smoothly and kept us calm. From the beginning, Aaron was always available to answer my questions even when I sent emails "after hours" I would get a response with an hour or so when I wasn't expecting anything until at least the next day The whole process went very smoothly I also just really felt comfortable with Aaron from our first conversation I had talked to some other lenders that seemed pushy and salesy and this kind of put me off in contrast, Aaron was friendly honest and I never felt like he was pushing me into anything he simply answered my questions and was supportive Besides the first time homeowner program, his personality and vibe were a big reason we chose to go with him and Fairway for our lender
