From start to finish our experience was a breeze. The main reason for this was Colton, he answered all our questions, addressed any concerns and was always there to help and guide us through it all. Tracey went above and beyond to review documents with us line by line, answer questions and even take late night calls as I work into late evenings. Also, she did a great job with reminders and follow up keeping us ahead of schedule for close.

Every step of the process was enjoyable, which was the last thing I expected with something that is typically stressful. Tim and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and communicated everything so well. We were never left with questions and never felt like we couldn't ask anything that was on our mind. I loved my experience with Gary!! He worked with us and helped us in every way possible!! I was so worried about trying to buy our first home and he put me at ease and made the process painless.

I spoke to Mike about the best way to obtain a loan to purchase a new house prior to selling my existing house (that still has a mortgage). He spoke to me at length and gave me a comprehensive explanation regarding my different options. He also spoke to my financial advisors on a conference call with me at my request. I do not have a financial background so much of what he talked about was unclear to me. He explained it so that I understood him and did NOT make me feel stupid (as has been the case with others in this industry). Although I ultimately did not need his assistance as my house sold, I was extremely grateful to Mike for his kindness and expertise.

Mike is a great guy and makes everything easy. He is on top of every thing that is needed. His team is outstanding also. I can’t say enough great things about him and his team. Will be using them in the future for all my future needs. Great people to work with.
