Fantastic experience. Sarah was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. She never wavered in making sure I was getting the best deal, and just made it an experience I will never forget. overall communication was perfect, any questions I had were always answered and I really appreciate the reminders on any up coming documents that needed to be signed . The process set up was easy and took a lot of stress off of my plate!

The offered a loan options that met our specific needs. Other loan officers didn't provide the same options as Fairway did. It makes you wonder why they didn't. To us, Fairway was more interested in meeting our needs than making extra profits.

I really liked the use of the app to upload files, complete signatures, etc. Working with Scott and Taylor is always a pleasure. The esign process was new this time and we really liked that process to cut down on wet signing so many forms at closing.
