I highly recommend them, but if you are neuro-divergent and need more info to make decisions, you may not get the answers you need. But even with my questions going unanswered, the deal was seamless and Jake got us the money we needed. We closed in less than 21 days!

Working with Fairway Mortgage and specifically with Jeremy Schachter was honestly one of the best decisions I made during the home buying process. I was pretty stressed going into this journey, especially after getting quotes from several different banks and brokers. What really added to that stress was the lack of communication, the ambiguity, slow response times, and very little flexibility from others I spoke with. From the beginning, Jeremy and his team were completely different. Communication was clear, consistent, and fast the entire way through.
