I could not say nicer things about my experience Abbie! She was an absolutely fantastic lender to work with. From my very first preliminary meeting before I even was able to buy a house all the way to recently closing on my first home, she has been supportive and helpful every step of the way. She put in the work, often staying up late just to make sure that I was not delayed in my closing. She was encouraging, honest, straightforward and went out of her way to made sure I was educated throughout the whole process. If I bought another house, I would use her again!

I have greatly appreciated the contact that Jason has kept over the past 3 years. This includes when our loan was no longer through Fairway. Interest rates were high when we purchased our first home 3 years ago, and he told us that once they were down enough for a refinance to be worthwhile, he'd reach out. Jason kept his word, and we were able to cut 7 years off our loan by switching to a 20 year loan with a mortgage payment that hardly changed. While we received refinance offer mailers with lower interest rates, staying with Jason and Fairway Home Mortgage felt right.
