To summarize, we initially began the home-buying process with my parents, who planned to purchase the property on our behalf due to our limited credit history. They submitted an offer, which was accepted by the seller. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, my mother experienced a family loss overseas, requiring her to travel. During that time, her employment status changed unexpectedly, which caused the process to come to a halt.
When I first met the Fairway team, I had very little confidence that we would be able to move forward. And with time being a critical factor, we needed to find a solution to complete the purchase.
