Sharla and her team took over after 2 lenders dropped the ball. We were alreadt midway into the contract on a manufactured home. because it was a manufactured home it had extra steps and requirements needed to get the lending done. On top of that it was right before Christmas. However, Sharla and her team got the loan done in record time And even funded and recorded before noon on New Year's Eve!
