There seems to be a lack of communication between the different groups/people, causing quite a bit repetitive work on the customer side. Finding all the financial details needed to get a loan is already daunting, but getting the same questions multiple times definitely increased the workload both on our as well as FairWay's side. Appart from that, everybody on the team was very friendly and professional despite the fact that the information wasn't quite being distributed among the team.
