Michael and his team went over and beyond to get me into my new home. My husband was the only one on the loan at first, then he passed away. The Fairway team worked tirelessly with the builder to get me qualified on short notice and even sent a care packet for me and the kids. Even though we were conducting business, they treated me like family and as of 1/21/2026, I signed the papers for my new home

Matt Devine was awesome from the start of our process clear to the end! He helped us for over a year and a half patiently awaiting for us to find our dream home! We loved his expertise and service so much we recommended our 3 oldest adult children towards him for their first home purchases as well. He was able to help all 3 of them! Nancy was incredible to work with. She helped us out so much with the loan and understanding the loans, we got approved for one at the beginning but when we found our perfect home and they didn’t accept the loan we had, she helped us apply for different loans that the house was accepting she explained each loan and helped us find a perfect loan for us. Her assistant Kari was awesome. I called her almost every day asking her about questions I had she explain every question I had perfectly she was very nice to use . We really love working with them. They were awesome.!!!
