Everything through fairway was straightforward and easy to understand . Uploading documents was easy, all of the E-Signature worked and we had not issues with them. Craig was always easy to talk to and was prompt with any phone call or question I had. I would highly recommend Craig and Fairway to anyone looking to buy a house

Becky is very good. She starts the process off with high level information and then sets up her platform to allow me to drill down into as much detail as I want/need to make a quality decision. I love the re-cast loan option which allowed me to be able to buy a home before I sold mine so that I didn't have to look for temporary housing or miss out on what I really wanted while waiting for my current home to sell. I could then apply the proceeds from the sold home to lower my mortgage payments to an easy to manage level. She is efficient and easy to get hold of to answer questions as the buying process unfolds and handles the unexpected (for me, at least) with solid options.

Linda was wonderful to work with! She keep me informed the whole time and was very knowledgeable.

Becky made the options easy to understand and provided as many details as I wanted to explore. This allowed me to make decisions I believed were well-informed and felt good about. Becky was also very good at keeping tabs on the process and ensuring that not only her team is timely, but more important, that her customer (me) gets ALL the information needed to the Fairway team in timely fashion. The entire process was pleasant from start to finish.

From start to finish, Paige was actively involved every step of the way. I loved how knowledgeable she was and how patient she remained with me throughout the entire process. I always knew what was going on and felt fully informed. Paige and the entire team were incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful.
