Carole took time to fully understand our situation. To me, that was the most important factor in getting us into a home of our own. Because of the releationship Carole established with us, this welcomed in a very comfortable and open communucation platform. Asking questions that I'd normally be afraid to ask, or expressing concerns were no longer a barrier. Trust is the most important element to gain and the most critical to maintain.
