Mike, Terry, and Steve were all fantastic to work with! When our preapproal had expired and we needed another, the team worked on short notice to get it done, even getting us the Gold approval. It really showed how much the Fairway team cares for its clients. All other Fairway members made the process extremely easy. Everyone communicated promptly and concisely which made getting them the documents they needed easy and fast.

Easy experience

This team made the home-buying process as smooth as it could be. The communication was top-tier and we were always being informed what the next step was. Drew was very accessible and answered all of our questions. Our zoom meetings were helpful and we really felt like Drew had our best interests in mind, especially our financial situation. We’ve used Fairway twice now and will use them again in the future.

The expediency of all electronic and telephone comunication was exceptional. Everything was explained very clearly about documents and when we needed to sign them.

Jacob went above and beyond to help us get our house. The first time we reached out to him was on a Sunday as we were trying to make an offer on a home , when the previous lender we had spoken with was unavailable. He had us pre approved very quickly and we were under contract within a couple hours. From that point forward he was always available to answer any questions as well. Great experience!
