Arranging to have the closing moved early by six days helped deal with a jury duty summons. It was frustrating in submitting repeated information for the underwriter with explanations that only came after the fact.

Overall very good and easy experience. Couple small hiccups with the closing dollar estimate and I also didn't get left feeling a lot of confidence I got the best mortgage rate. It was just kind of "here's your rate" and not "here's the best 5 offers"
