Ryan and all of his team were excellent throughout the whole experience. They were always available for questions and were constantly communicating along the way.

steven and his team were always very informative and quick to get back to me on any questions i had, made the home buying process very easy.

Got confused a few times around specifics of when approvals expired and how long mortgage rate was locked in for. This was probably my issue but we mentioned how closing was probably not going to happen at the original date mentioned and when we stated pushing it back we hit a wall with how long it could be pushed due to how long the mortgage rate was locked in for. Now we can't even move into the house when we closed, we have to wait for the previous owners to move out and overall it just made the process more stressful.

He is very knowledgeable and most certainly knows how to explain the business and what is needed to get through the loan process in a way that you can understand. This was my first purchase solo. There were a lot of things that I just did not know. Jason and his team were very patient and explained everything in detail. They answered all of my questions. Quick to respond was the biggest thing. As a new home owner this was very helpful and helped put me at ease. Knowing I wouldnt have to wait long for a response when I had questions. Also everyone was very kind and showed they were there to assist me in anyway they could. The process was less stressful then I imagined and that was due to the effort that was displayed.
