I want to be honest with you, everything you told me to do, you showed me how to do. And that's good. You were better than my real estate agent. She was always doing things I didn't tell her to do, like the $5,000 offers. She didn't tell me she'd placed that offer, and I saw it after she told me she wanted me to sign the papers quickly, without giving me time to check them. After I saw it, I asked her why she did that, and she said, "I'm helping you get $11,000 from the government." I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's the truth. And this isn't my dream home because the specifications I asked the real estate agent for were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage, so how could she place offers?

Timely update. Great response time

Jordan was great walking us through the lending process & making sure we understood the information as it was presented. One area of “concern” we noted was giving more notice for when something would need to be submitted, but there was only one instance that I recall. Jordan worked diligently & expeditiously to have us ready to go to settlement in TWO weeks! Not only was he hard at work on our behalf but even bantered with us over trivial things. Jordan was fun to work with!
