When it comes to loan officers or people in general , ted is an amazing person. In the beginning of my loan , he told me exactly what I needed so that I could get everything done in a reasonable time without stress. If I had a question, it didn't matter at the time of day or the day of the week, he was always a phone call away . The constant updates were impeccable. Instead of keeping me waiting in anticipation till the next day to inform me of any status change or requirements or anything , he would call me to update me and make this a easy and simple process. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who is thinking of buying a home.
