Several things make working with Brian and the Fairway team great. 1.) Their technology to navigate the transaction keeps things clear and straight. Where other companies have a confusing process and I always feel lost, the platform that Fairway uses clearly shows where things are at. 2.) Brian's team not only over-communicates for normal purchases; they can get creative to help facilitate non-traditional deals (and we had a slight hairball of a deal!) Brian's team can handle it.

Jordan was so helpful with our loan process and was always available for questions. The process was seamless.

The fact that communication was very quick was important to me. the staff was all very helpful in helping get this all completed even as hard as this turned out to be to get closed , everyone stayed on top of this till the end.

Dennis was very down to earth and helped "dumb down" anything when needed. Very responsive even in hours I️ wouldn't have expected a lender to be. Late night last minute running of numbers to give us ease for next day. Will highly recommend to anyone!
