Kim was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Everything seemed to go smoothly and easily. The big glitch was towards the end there was a big misunderstanding regarding the deposit. And where the monies we're gonna come from. Overall, I enjoyed working with her.

Jeff Buum and Troy make quite the team assisting buyers with home financing, including reverse mortgages. Jeff is engaging, proactive and very knowledgeable in the home finance market. He pairs well with Realtor Codi Nincehelser of Keller Williams; together they make a remarkable marketing team to take you from listing and sale to financing and closing. Jeff is very collaborative, too!! Great guy to know in real estate.
