That's easy. Ryan's knowledge, availability and demeanor. All facets were extraordinary. During our lender search, I reached out to three other companies. None gave me the level of confidence that Ryan did. And that was before we even got started on the loan process. It just keep getting better and better. Thanks Ryan.

Communication from Tim and his team is top notch. We felt like a priority through the entire process, and when Tim reached out to share that rates had dropped.
