Dave was available, honest, and thorough when working with him. He helped me get a good rate when rates were varying quite a bit. This is my first time buying a home and he explained everything well to the point where I could understand it.

What made the experience great was his strong communication and proactive support throughout the process. He worked directly with the 1031 exchange agent to make sure everything stayed on track and aligned correctly, which gave us a lot of confidence.
