I've known Bryan for a long time and have always enjoyed working with him. The only challenge I had was once my mortgage was passed off to Cynthia communication seem to be a challenge. Sometimes I would get a text from different numbers and I wouldn't get it because my phone didn't recognize that number. She relied on Email and Text, which is fine typically, but in a transaction as large as this, I would've appreciated a more personal approach At least one phone call to introduce herself.
