Wow, where to begin. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a mortgage executive but a friend. Our conversations about expectations also included a healthy dose of what I was going through and where I wanted to be. Heather's style of conversation began and ended with my pursuit of my dream. a. Brian has shown great skill to provide a viable interest rate that was still agreed after extensive review and delays. b. I am especially happy with honesty, in that the final loan paperwork mostly matched the disclosures. c. This has been the second loan negotiated with Brian, and I am more than happy to do it again, when interest rates viable, and/or recommend his skill to others.
