Ken jumped right in and wasn't afraid of mediocre credit scores. He worked day and night to make our dream of owning a home a reality. None of our questions were too small. After closing he sent me information on local landscapers in our area!! Gave us information on ways to lower our property taxes and tips to pay into the principle and potentially pay our house off sooner. He truly went above and beyond!! Can't recommend them enough!!! If your home buying do yourself a favor and look no further!

Josh and his team were amazing! They helped me every step of the way and walked me through everything as it was my first time buying a home and I didn't really understand the whole process. I highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for a loan officer and they've gone above and beyond to even help me set up utilities and internet. Can't go wrong with Josh and Fairway!

I think a more detailed list of every form / document that needs provided would have helped limit the back-and-forth of emails sending documents only to need a follow up document be sent as well.
