Ariana Thompson and her team made this process easy and quick. I've tried a few times over the years to buy my family home, but was always just told to fill out an application and submit it. I needed more help than that. Ariana sat down with us and walked us through every step of the application. She and her team answered any and all questions quickly and completely allowing us to finally be able to get this done! I would recommend her and Fairway Mortgage to anyone needing their services. We loved working with this mortgage company, they made it happen within 30 days as promised on a VA loan. Austin was very kind and professional and willing to go the extra mile. Austin was a very good listener as well and was able to ease our stress going through the home buying process again after 14years.

Where do I begin? From the moment we contacted Ariana, she and her team ran with everything. They quickly got us pre-approved, collected all the necessary documents, and made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. Her team, including Devin, was extremely knowledgeable, and communication through text, email, and the application portal was constant. We were never left wondering what was happening or what our next steps would be. Whenever something was needed, we knew about it, and whenever we had a question, we received an answer. Best of all, everything stayed on track, and we closed by our estimated deadline. It was an incredibly positive experience from beginning to end, and I cannot thank Ariana and her team enough for helping my wife and me get into a beautiful new home.
