As a first time homebuyer, there was a lot about the processes that I didn't know, but Ashley was always available and willing to explain things to me, even when it was just for my understanding and not strictly necessary for the process. I felt as though I received advice and feedback to help make decisions along the way, and was more at ease during the process knowing that I could reach out to Ashley for support if there was anything I didn't understand or wanted more background on.
