Colleen is very professional and friendly. Quick response, and when I had questions or didn't understand something, she kindly and patiently explained to me. When she's not available, she makes sure her assistant helps you. Colleen genuinely feels excited For me and came to the closing, which says a lot. I would love to recommend her service and expertise.

Josh and his team made it a painless process , from what I had heard buying a house is never easy and takes a lot of time , emails , phone calls, for me it was painless , I am military so not always readily available to my phone but when I did get the chance to respond I always got a response back the same day , they made it quick, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening throughout the entire process
