As first-time homebuyers, Crystal made the entire process so much easier. She was always available to help with questions, offering expert advice, and going above and beyond to lower our home costs as much as possible. Crystal made sure to target the best monthly payment for us, but she can adjust her approach depending on the strategy needed for a home purchase (long term home vs. short term, etc.). She is very friendly and we felt very confident going with Crystal and 100% recommend her for anyone purchasing a home, refinancing, etc.

The team was very responsive and very knowlegeable. I decided to work with Joanna and the team again because they were honest and cared about me as a customer.
