Christine educated me on the whole process of applying for a reverse mortgage. I would advise that any senior homeowner check into a reverse mortgage to access their equity in their home if their finances are stretched. Definitely do your due diligence and only work with someone like Christine who is certified and licensed in reverse mortgages. Above all else, do your homework. Access the National Council on Aging as they have great information. This is a lenghty process and can be confusing at times, but Christine and her assistant Denise were there 100% of the time to answer my questions and calm any misgivings or frustrations I encountered. You are not committed when you consult with a licensed professional like Christine Jensen. I highly, highly recommend Christine and the team at Fairway Home Mortgage. Again, I can not stress this enough, do your homework and only deal with someone you trust , like Christine Jensen.

We can't even put into words how incredible Tom and his team are. They went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. Buying a home is incredibly stressful, but they stayed calm, confident, and reassuring the entire time. They are professional, extremely responsive, and simply the BEST at what they do.
