Maggie was extremely helpful throughout my entire process. She worked with me at late night, an early mornings, and ensure that I knew what it was going on the entire process.

Ben is always on top of everything that we've done with him from our initial home purchase to refinancing. He's very responsive, always does what he says he'll do and is someone I've grown to trust over the years. He has even talked me out of refinancing too early a couple of times and was able to save me even more money from waiting. My wife also went into labor unexpectedly during closing and Ben was very patient and understanding throughout...even postponing the signing and had someone come to the house to make things easier for us. He also genuinely cares about our daughter's well being too. Ben truly cares about his customers and has their best interests in mind at all times. Knowledgeable, professional and great customer service is what Ben brings to the table when working with him. He does above and beyond work that should not go unnoticed.
