I wanted you to know how grateful we were to work with this wonderful team of professionals. I just want to say how happy we were with Stephanie and Doug. They both were professional all the time (Doug being very sweet and he explained everything so well) they both kept us up to date on the construction. I was about to give up because I was disgusted with the loan company we went with at first. Then Stephanie referred us to Linda at Fairway. Linda was phenomenal. She kept us up to date each step of the process. She was kind and explained what we needed to do to get the house. She made buying the home easy. I would definitely refer her to anyone who needs a good loan officer and company in the future. Also, the home is beautiful. Tom's workers did a wonderful job. I am very happy we chose his company to build our home.
