I was thoroughly pleased with Anna Mescher. Everything in dealing with her was extremely professional and noteworthy! She insured from the very beginning I was kept in the loop, and let me know what the next step in the process would be. If I had a question, she would make sure I had an answer either immediately, or as soon as she was finished with an existing meeting, but she would at least let me know she was in a meeting and would respond back as soon as she was finished. I never had to ask her twice for an answer. Anna, was more like a friend walking me through buying my home. She made sure I never missed a deadline, because I happened to have missed an email. I must admit buying a house and filling out paperwork is not something I enjoy doing, but Anna took the nightmare out of sitting there in a room signing paperwork forever, by breaking it up and doing a majority of it online. It actually was quite enjoyable and went pretty smoothly. The team I had couldn’t have done a better job than what they did for me. I trusted them 100% from start to finish. Thank you so very much for an outstanding customer service that you provided. If I ever run across anyone who is thinking about moving, I will definitely let them know, they don’t need to look any further than Fairway Home with Anna Mescher! 😊
