David Lowrimore Is the absolute best in the best in the business. He is very attentive and responsive. He is very knowledgeable and most certainly knows how to explain the business and what is needed to get through the loan process in a way that you can understand. I personally don’t think anyone should try to pursue a home loan without having someone of David’s caliber in your corner! You won’t regret it.

David the the NPM team were exceptional to work with. They managed the tasks associated with a complex transaction masterfully, including communicating with me (real estate agent representing the buyer) to ensure that we were on the same page, protected the interests of the client, while getting them into the house that they wanted. Having worked with dozens of lenders over the years, I can unequivocally state these folks know their business, how to manage the mortgage process, and work with everyone involved to a successful conclusion. All went smoothly. The only snag was the confusion over me being eligible for a VA loan or not. Eventually went with a conventional loan and was able to lock in my rate.

Consistant and clear communication with set expectations. Any questions we had were promptly answered. We thought the home buying process would strenuous, but Tim and his team were able to take stress out of the situation. We had a great realtor, and feel that the lending team was equally as important to create the best team possible when purchasing our home.

Very responsive to all our questions in a prompt timely manor. Offered the advice when needed. It seemed Becky was always available 24/7 night and weekends. Would highly recommend Becky and Fairway Home Mortgage
