Our experience started off very stressful. We were under contract to purchase a home with DR Horton and were given a closing date, only to find out on the day we were supposed to close that we had never actually been approved by DHI Mortgage. We had already packed all of our belongings and were preparing to move from four hours away, so it was incredibly disappointing and overwhelming. Dusti was beyond helpful a d patient throughout the process. She was always true to her word and kind. I would like to note that she and her team are also incredibly fast.
