Jenna was incredibly transparent, communicative, and responsive. I never wondered what our loan status was, which had been my experience with our previous loan servicer. I appreciated how she kept us in the loop at every step. If I ever need another loan, I am coming directly to Jenna. She was also knowledgeable about all things military and VA as well, which was truly phenomenal.
