From the very beginning, Keith built a strong connection with us by taking the time to understand who we are and what we wanted to achieve. He was consistently responsive to both emails and texts, patiently answered all of our questions, and made an effort to educate and guide us by sharing his expertise. He kept us informed throughout every stage of the process, and his videos were an especially valuable addition. We closed on time, and the entire experience was smooth and seamless.

Kenny was nothing short of outstanding. We had a series of unfortunate issues with the property that we were selling that didn’t arise until after we had been in communication with Kenny regarding the loan for the home we were purchasing. Kenny went above and beyond to help us not only maintain the loan that we had in place for our purchase, but offered helpful guidance on the issues we were having with the property we were selling. I cannot speak highly enough to the gratitude that we feel toward him. Every part of the process that Kenny was involved in, was so smooth and so simple that it felt like the freshest breath of air we could’ve possibly had and what was otherwise a complete nightmare. There is no one. I would trust more for future home purchases, and I cannot recommend him enough. An utterly outstanding performance on all counts.
