Its as simple as having you as a lender. You made the process so smooth and easy. Communication was great, any questions or concerns we had were answered clearly, we always felt you had our best interest in mind from beginning to end. The team work between you and our realtor was excellent.

I really appreciated Cheryl's enthusiasm and diligence in making my mortgage work under an extremely tight timeline. She even made it fun! She was always available to discuss any matter and stayed engaged throughout the process. Highly recommended!

This transaction was unusually difficult because of the buyer's repair requests and the buyer's loan company (located in North Carolina). Sharla and her team were very flexible and supportive in providing the Seller appropriate financial information to complete not only the Seller's sale but her simultaneous purchase. Sharla and her team's professionalism and communiction are impeccable.
