Despite the large team, there was seamless communication within thay team which was critical to my experience. Even if I accidentally reached out to the wrong team member (i.e. different specialty), I was guided toward the right person right away. Even my realtor commented at closing how impressed he was with the team's commitment to its client(s) and seamless experience...even working late the night before closing to amke sure everything was .
