She couldn't always answer our questions immediately, but was always willing to investigate and get back to us without prompting.

Lou and his team make home buying look easy and stress free. He knows the process so well with his vast experience that if he says you will qualify for a loan, it is as good as approved. And if there are any possible hurdles, he has solutions and resources to help buyers get to a better position (even sometimes referring us to another lender who has a specific loan product he doesn't offer). He is trustworthy and honest and always looking out for the interest of his clients. He has helped countless of my clients and they all walk away thrilled and with successful purchases.
