She is so professional with her work. Good customer service, good communication and great person.

Sara was always responsive to my inquires, and very willing to explain numbers and fees. In addition Sara was very accomodating to finding time for communication even in off hours. The most frustration for me was with the fees upon fees upon fees. It seems as though one is being soaked for every little thing. It was also a big wake up that the house total is what all the fees are based on by the mortgage company, and NOT the amount of the mortgage. Seems like another money grab. I also was negligent in not shopping for at least 3 mortgage providers to educate myself on fees in general. Sticker shock. Thank you.

Tommy Cerven and his team at Fairway Mortgage were absolutely great to work with. They made the entire home loan process much easier than I expected and handled so much of the legwork for me. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated, were always quick to answer any questions I had, and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how smooth they made everything and would definitely recommend Tommy and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage lender.
