It could not have said it better!! - Trying to purchase a home that is roughly 3100 miles from your current residence can pose some VERY challenging situations. This was further complicated by the fact that I work as a Flight Attendant and am on the road almost 90% of the time. As I began entering into this type of purchase my stress level was high and climbing. All that being said, Matt and his team of professionals at Fairway made the entire process seem as if I lived in town and was making a simple transaction. Mary saved the day and my life! To make a long story short, I had a loan approval from someone else and then something happened. Mary went beyond and even beyond the ability to go beyond what I thought was possible. She dug in and told me that she would find a way to get me approved for a loan, as there was a lot of nuance to my situation. She got to work to ensure that she knew the WHOLE STORY and all the details of my situation. I truly that it wasn't possible, and she held my hand with grace and care and concern. At the time I started talking to Dan, I was homeless. Lost everything in a fire the year prior and insurance was not covering replacement, (policy technicalities). I had no saving. Made less than $70,000 a year. Yet, in less than a year (December 2025), I am in my new home and no longer homeless. Dan was helpful, respectful, and professional.
