There was communication at all times of the day and Becky really worked around my 12hour shift work schedule. She was able to answer at literally anytime even when she was on a cruise.. oops, but even still I interrupted her vacation and she was kind enough to respond. Very informative and persistent.

Great communication from start to finish. Easy to work with and extremely helpful.

Great support staff

Heather was always available, answered all our questions at a timely manner and was very patient. It was our fiest time home buying so we had A LOT of questions. She is the subject matter expert for sure.

Jennifer kept me on track throughout the entire process and was extremely easy to work with. this was my first time buying a home and was very unfamIliar with the process and Jennifer did an amazing job walking me through the process. I will be referring anyone I know that is buying a home to Jennifer!!

From the very experience Arthur has been great! As a first time home buyer he was patient with all my questions and always expanded on the responses. He was so great at explaining things we were confused about and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. At one point of the process I became very anxious and he was very kind and understanding which helped me calm down. At the end when it came down to crunch time he was the MVP with getting everything done so quick. His whole team was great as well from Amber to Angela and Miguel. Even our lawyer said Arthur was a great find!!!! I am super grateful for having such an amazing team on our side.

Korey was so helpful in this process of buying our first home. Communicated ever step very thoroughly with us and found the best down payment assistance.

Hailey made it great, the personal experience she brings is priceless! Her communication is top notch keeping us informed and answering any questions we have and letting us know what to expect next. She was constantly communicating with our Realtor and the Title company moving things through so smoothly. She ran multiple scenarios honing in on the best rates and setup that worked for us. The online documents are easy to access and sign. We spoke to other lenders when we started seeing who was out there and immediately after working with Hailey the difference and professionalism and support was so much better and we are so happy we went with her. Closing day was so organized and not nerveracking, we actually were joking around and enjoyed the interaction and Hailey was even there in person for closing. Such a personal touch.

Brandi has on both our home loans made the process extremely simple, timely, and always quick to respond to any communication needs or questions. Never any doubts with her providing very accurate information and numbers. She kept us at the 'top of her list' to contact once rates were affordable, therefore, the whole process was stress free. Website very easy to use and care free. Unless your best friend is handling your loan you cannot do better than to allow Brandi to do it. Full stop.

Chelsea is great to work with! I always want to work with her on any home buying or re-financing. She id always there to help answer any questions I have and is always quick to respond. She has made the past two engagements with my home so easy.
