The advice and the communication with

I can confidently recommend Kelly to anyone seeking a mortgage. I admit that I tried to use a different institution initially, but when my realtor repeatedly gave his endorsement for Kelly, I made the switch. Wow, was that the right decision! With the other lender, I faced a tedious back and forth chain of emails about my preapproval, and delayed responses that sometimes required follow-ups. It was beginning to take too long. When I switched over to Kelly at Fairway, however, it was like night and day. Instantly, my preapproval went through -- no more emailing and calling and being puzzled about requests for even more documents. Instead, my preapproval went through practically overnight, and it was even on a weekend! The rest of the process went fairly smoothly as well, and Kelly was a supportive and assuring presence at closing. My only advice to buyers would be, it may help your application and approval process if you can get your documentation (things like W-2s, paystubs) together in advance (not too far ahead, as they need to be current/recent). This can be a bit tedious if you have multiple jobs, so planning ahead may help. Thank you, Kelly!
