Bill did a great job of making sure we knew how exactly everything was going to go right from the start so we were never caught off guard or surprised by anything. The whole process was painfully easy. I really appreciated that everything we needed to do on the checklist was emailed to us with a referal to someone who could do it for us (ie inspections, appraisal, insurance, etc.) Those contacts from someone we trust made everything very smooth.

I was in the middle of contract when Shelley came in she came in on fire she got my information and went to work right away.! She was in contact with me everyday to guide me for every step I felt relieved knowing I had someone that was giving their 100%! I was schedule to close April 1st we closed on on April 3rd but if it was to Shelley we would've closed on April 1st because she done everything in her power to have me closed that day. Overall it was a great experience with her and I would definitely recommend other people to work with her!!! 5 ⭐️ I will be using her assistance in the future.
