We entered this process with lack of knowledge and hesitation as first time homebuyers after hearing stories from fellow friends about their lomg, stressful homebuying experiences. Jeremy and his team made our process unbelievably easy, smooth and fast. They responded to each and every question and concern quickly, open and knowledgeablely , while never leaving us feeling less than or doubting. They accommodated all communication methods at all times, any day..text, call, email, app.. on top of that, we had an every "Tuesday Update" call to keep us informed with everything going on during our loan process till the very end which helped keep nerves calm, especially during unwriting. Jeremy even took the time out of his day to personally come to our closing at our title agency even though we did an Eclosing on the lenders side, so it meant alot and again, calmed nerves during the final signatures.
