The fairway team helped my girlfriend Molly and I buy our first home in December 2025, after we had been unable to get approval on a large enough loan from 2 other banks earlier in the year. Throughout the whole process they were attentive and effective at handling all the mortgage details for us. Any time we had a question they would hop on a call right away to help us get the answers we needed. I would recommend them to family and friends (and you reading this) without hesitation.

Kendrick actively kept his hand in our total transition, which was a very complicated one, allowing the project to flow to completion in a timely manner. His ready availability was so appreciated.
