Brian and the team were great to work with throughout the home-buying process. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. However, after doing additional research and speaking with other homeowners, I learned that Fairway does not offer the types of promotions that many traditional banks and credit unions provide. In today’s economy, promotions and lender incentives can be very beneficial to borrowers, as they help reduce out-of-pocket costs and demonstrate support and appreciation for customers. For those in the process of purchasing a home, I would recommend comparing lenders and considering institutions that offer assistance toward closing costs or down payments. This is an area where Fairway falls short compared to some banks and credit unions. Overall, Brian and the team provided excellent service and were very knowledgeable and helpful; I simply wish Fairway offered more borrower incentives and promotional programs.
