I first reached out to her about 3 years ago regarding what lending would look like if I bought a home when I was single and entering the home buying market. Same can be said for signing documents on line. Talk about seamless!! I can't imagine how much more time and effort would have been involved without the ability to get things siged and uploaded so quickly and easily!! In fact, at closing, the title officer told me that Adam saved me about an hour at the title office by having so many of the closing documents signed on line and ready for closing in advance. THANK YOU Adam for taking a stressful process and making it as seamless as possible!!
