Communication was consistent and ahead of schedule. I think there was one time we were a little behind, but Troy had reminded us. When sending us options he always had a print version, a video explanation and offered his phone number for a call. He always took our after business hours calls too!

Got the loan but not you but underwriter is not understanding and could use some different approaches to get and understand customer needs and how much they really demand about paperwork that some common sense would take care of
