I particularly appreciate how Lori reached out during the short window when mortgage rates had dipped, and how she locked us in right before they went back up again. She is very responsive, connecting with us at key times along the way, including a set of phone calls when we had questions during virtual closing.

The overall process was quick. Just wish I knew a little more about first-time home buyer grants to help with the down payment. Anything helps, especially as a new buyer; having options is beneficial.

I've worked with lots of buyers and lenders before and there is seems to be a panic process as the loan gets close to closing. Some lenders ask for repeated documentation and additional documentation at the last minute. With Lisa, she asked for all the documentation up front and had her "i's" dotted and "t's" crossed. Not needed additional documentation at the last minute and that made for a very smooth closing process.

Brittney was always quick to answer any and all questions we had throughout the entire process! super helpful and knowledgable!
