Pam was very friendly and easy to work with. Her team made the mortgage process go smoothly and the questions raised were answered in a timely manner. It was easy to upload the requested documentation to their website and the process was very efficient all the way from the initial conversations to the final closing.

Everything with Shane was GREAT! Another lender told me my loan was ready to close, then the next Monday morning, the underwriter had decided they wouldn't close without other documents. It looked like we wouldn't close on the home. My Realtor referred me to Shane who thought he could help. I rushed home from work Monday evening, filled out the loan application and uploaded all my documentation. By the end of Tuesday, my loan had been processed and sent to underwriting. Saturday I was notified underwriting had approved the loan and we could close the next week. So fast! So amazing! This was actually a wonderful accomplishment! Shane kept me notified throughout the process. I RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE!!!

the whole process took less than a month.Some banks take up to 45 days if not more.very knowledgeabl, every question I asked she always had the answer for .she works everyday of the week to get the job done even if it means and working long days ( if she tells you you will get something to sign tonight and you checked around 7pm and it's not there that dosen't mean she forgot it means she still working on it and when you wail up you will see that it was sent at 10:30pm .just like she said you'll get it tonight.she will work with what you need and will get you the result you expect.i called somone else before I got introduced to Silvia she picked and she told me I have a conference tomorrow and she didn't call me till the next day .Silvia picked up right away and the process started as soon as we hanged up the phone.you want somone that's reliable give her a call you won't be disappointed.thank you

I was referred to Jennifer via my realtor Jesse Lapham as I had no idea where to start. From the get go, Jennifer was not only helpful but also was always available whether it was early or late. Jennifer was also not pushy to have my pick a more expensive house even though it was in my price range as she knew I knew what I wanted in a certain price range which is something I very much appreciated. She also helped answer all of my financial questions as I am a novice with mortgages and explained all answers in an understandable fashion. When it came time to close, Jennifer also helped expedite the closing process and she knew I needed to get it done quick so again I really appreciated the speed and knowledge at which she worked.

The team was friendly and incredibly helpful. We made it known that we were first timers with this process and they did not take advantage of that information. Matt went above and beyond to help provide a game plan that made sense to us and also helped keep us within our budget comfortably. Joanne and team were extremely helpful along the way as well.
