Honestly, it was listening to our immediate needs and then supporting us beyond that, really I felt like your whole team had our back throughout the whole process, including a post 5pm Saturday night call about an offer. Can't speak highly enough!

I’ve worked with Sara Knight for years, and there is a reason I continue to send my family, friends, clients, and pretty much anyone I can her way. She’s just really incredible at what she does. It's personal to her.. Sara is reliable, thorough, easy to talk to, and she knows how to get a loan across the finish line without making the process feel stressful or confusing. She communicates, she keeps people updated, she moves fast when she needs to, and most importantly, she actually answers her phone. That sounds simple, but if you’ve ever bought a home, you know how important that is. Matt was always available to discuss anything sometimes I felt like the numbers were explained too quickly and just verbally. I didn't see anything on paper so I had to rely on what I had jotted down or remembered

Timely updates via email, text, and phone call. Diane and Serci were both super knowledgeable and patient as they explained the process to us and answered our many questions.

Steve was very responsive. The problem is the process. I believe a detailed checklist of the items that will be asked for with a 'clear' description of why AND when it is needed would be helpful. Get rid of your app, this process is very uncomfortable and having a person who is helping to walk through it would be better. Might be worthwhile for Steve to have people (like me) be able to sit down and fill out everything at once. The piecemeal process was frustrating.,

Jennifer made the entire mortgage process such a positive experience for us! She was able to get us approved at a great rate and was incredibly helpful every step of the way.
