The last leder we worked with was such a poor experience. working with the Howard team was a night/day difference. the howard team was respectful, communicative, honest, realistic, and on top of every so gle step building a home is a long process, but thos team was woth us every step of the processto answer any questions and provide updates

She advised on how I could use my home sale proceeds to pay down debt instead of paying a higher down payment. I am essentially debt free now. Lastly she anticipated that my closing would be delayed and went ahead and extended my rate for me without my having to ask. I am so grateful that Lori was my loan officer.

They communicated proactively, answered questions with patience and confidence, and made sure we always understood our options.
