Jason was contacted by my agent midway through the purchase with another lender who was really dropping the ball in every way imaginable. Jason was able to step in and push this loan through in a very short timespan while DRASTICALLY beating the competitor by a lot. We went from needing over $6k cash to close with the other lender to getting a refund of some earnest money with Fairway. AMAZING. Jason was friendly and easy to work with. Followed up EVEN ON HOLIDAYS. I am thoroughly impressed by the service he provided and the loan processors and everyone involved were also amazing. GREAT to work with - thank you very very much!!!
