Our homebuying process was a long one- years I'd say - mainly because, as a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect let alone know what the process involved. I obviously watched too many movies where they made homebuying like an instant, easy process. Our agent had referred Cole and his team to us and we couldn't be any more pleased with having him processing the paper work for us. When I first met Cole, I had totally thought I was ready to go with finding a home based on my credentials and current income. When Cole started asking the questions I had never even thought about (Price range, monthly payments, down payments, etc) I felt like a student that didn't do their homework, haha! Telling Cole I'll get back to him, I went on a long hiatus without contacting him because I had to work on filling the details on the big picture in the making. Cole is a very understanding individual and definitely understood my circumstances. He answered my questions thoroughly and provides supplemental information for your home planning and purchase needs. He and his team are very organized and are prompt in letting you know what you need to do to make your home buying a success. From start to finish- and beyond, truly, my husband and I are very grateful and happy to have Cole as our loan officer.
