We were able to sign and close on the house. That was a great and positive thing. I do believe that Anne did her best....the process was terrible....it took nearly 4 months. I'm not sure if it was due to it being a USDA loan or other circumstances. Anne did seem to truly care however.

Ryan was very responsive when I had questions, and his instructions to me were clear. The process was smooth, and I had confidence in the outcome, and no stress along the way.

The level of care and attention you and your team put into the job made this process great even when the sellers seemed against it. Thank you for your time and effort this sale couldn't have happened with you.

While Jenna is a numbers person, I am not. She was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense. She also made herself available to us after hours, which was not her responsibility. We appreciate everything she did for us!
