This is the fourth time I've gone through a home buying process - and I've also attempted a refinance a couple of times. Kelly's team was the first one that ever seemed to care about us on a personal level. There was a lot of uncertainty since the seller and the VA sometimes took a long time to communicate with us. But Parker & Kelly were able to keep our worries at bay and ultimately get us to the finish line. INCREDIBLE experience working with this team. There was even a moment last minute - two days before closing - where the VA decided to require a well water test. We didn't have any resources, but one of Kelly's team members, Chrisann, called around and found a company that could complete the test same day. This saved the whole deal. Jeff reached out to me during evenings to ask questions on paperwork or to notify us that he found a better option for our mortage. I felt like "Wow, Jeff reached out during his free time, are we that special?" But I was told that Jeff treats all customers like that becasue he is the best. Home buying is a fast process and we had just three weeks to do everything, but Jeff answerd my silly questions and took the time to make sure we understood everything. I would love to work with Jeff again, but he helped us buy our dream home and hopefully we don't need a mortgage for a long time. I will certainly look forward to refinancing instead.
