When I asked questions, usually via text, Christ would typically call very soon to answer and explain until I was confident I understood the answer. Even when I did not know the lingo well, Chris would listen until he understood then provide solid information. Chris was always willing to listen and talk. Thanks Chris!

Alli was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and did her best to assist us and give us the best mortgage available to us. We never felt like she didn't have our best interest at heart or was only looking out for the company. On the contrary, she showed us she cared and made every effort to get us the best mortgage she could at the best rates, even informing us of what were the best options to keep our payments as low as possible. She even went further and helped us get the best homeowner insurance prices as well AND recommended a wonderful realtor (who was also AMAZING). Zach made the process so easy and smooth. Going into being a first time home buyer seems so overwhelming and not achievabe. But he answered all questions great and made us feel comfortable trusting him to help us!
