Absolutely the best team for first time buyers. They’re patient and take the time to make sure you know what you’re getting into. Nate helped both of my brothers with their mortgages so I already had a good idea of who I was working with. I was a first time home buyer in the Boston area and had a lot of questions throughout the process. It definitely took some time, but he was patient the whole way and always available when I needed him. When I finally found the right house, everything moved quickly. He worked well with my realtor and we were able to close fast with no issues at all. Overall it was a really smooth process. Would definitely recommend him, especially if you’re buying your first home.
