Mark was excellent and extremely communicative and patient with us throughout the entire process. He really took his time and walked us through every aspect of the process and answered all of our questions. We felt more comfortable with him handling our loan over 10 other lenders I spoke to. He is incredibly responsive and on top of things for you for a smooth close. He promised and delivered on all fronts! I could not recommend him more highly!

Brandi and her team are so incredibly wonderful! They take all the stress of the unknown out of the equation as much as humanly possible. They kept us informed with every update and "stood by our sides" every step of the way. We never had to wonder what was going on with our loan or if things were moving along because we were always kept in the know. We always felt comfortable asking questions and speaking up if we didn't understand something. There was never even a hint of judgement or exasperation when we asked questions. In fact, they were encouraged! We trust Brandi McKeown and her team to put us first as their clients rather than their bottom line. They are incredibly client focused and we are so very grateful to have found them. It is also worth noting that I have never been or felt harassed by them. They are so professional with the right amount of personal as well to the point I feel quite comfortable with them and trust their judgement. Ashland was an incredible advocate for my home purchase! I was living out of state, and she managed to get my preappoval on short notice so I could fly in and make an offer on a house. My financing was also complicated because I transferred inherited funds and sold a house. Ashland and Melissa guided my through the process, and kept me informed and on track to meet the closing deadline. The website was a pleasure to use.

Anne is exceptional at what she does and I whole-heartedly recommend her if you're securing a mortgage. We were pre-approved extremely quickly which put us in a good position early in the competitive Bergen County market. Throughout the whole process, Anne and her team were exceptional in their communication and speed. In the end I got a really great rate and Anne helped me to hit my goals for the mortgage.
