Robin Grivel is a rock star. She was my point of contact for this transaction in Texas. I have used her for several past transactions and I will use her again. My transaction was quick, smooth with no issues. She anticipated every step and walked us thru with knowledge and competent. She had us signed a week early because I would be flying to Texas before closing and wanted to make sure my husband and I signed together.

I wound appreciate a rating between OK and great. My experience was good, probably even very good, so I would rate higher than okay bit not to great. The work was done well, given the quick timing of things (which I just didn't enjoy separate from Marie's services, she did a good job with tasks given speed). One th8ng that would improve my experience was with communications- what Marie wanted, needed, or was asking for was not always clear to me. It would have helped me to have fewer, more comprehensive task lists and requirements to complete by due dates than one-off, instantaneous, several messages back and forth. Maybe just a style preference, but it was hard for me.

Working with Ted has been an absolute pleasure. From day one, we were struck by his sincerity and warm, friendly disposition. He provided invaluable guidance when we needed it most, always ensuring that communication was open, honest, and frequent.
