Sarah was great to work with through out the whole experience. She has really mastered the balance between professionalism and personal relations. I'm a first time home buyer and she did an excellent job of explaining things to me along the way. She was always readily available to answer my questions and make sure all of my paperwork was done correctly and on time. I'm so thankful she was on my team! Everything went so smoothly!

Julie is extremely knowledgeable in her field and made this experience painless. Julie answered any and all questions to help me understand the home buying process using the VA loan. i had zero worries or concerns going through the home buying process because of Julie. she always kept me informed of upcoming steps and important information I needed to know. 10/10 experience and best part was I was never stressed or worried throughout the whole process.

I started working with Mr. Austin March 2026 upon starting my credit score was not to the point of approval. Mr. Austin guided me on what to do and often checked in on my progression. He dedication and commitment remain consistent throughout this process the fact that he did not give up is amazing. His consistency is the reason I am in a newly built, two-story home. Aaron sent a check for approx $700 for some technicality that happened during the closing process . He could have just blown us off but didn't. I'll be working with him for the next deal in 2027. it's going to have to be more creative than this last one but I'm sure we can figure it out he seems like a smart guy.
