He has a realistic approach to explaining loan options and processes, and makes recommendations that offer the greatest benefit to the borrower/homebuyer. Very thorough and responsive team during the entire lifecycle of the process.

Communication was on point. I was never left hanging, even if there was no update Kim & her team checked in regularly with me. My questions/emails were answered quickly. I have both purchased and done a refi in the past, and Kim and her team are by far the easiest & smoothest transaction I have ever done.

Mike took the time to explain the entire process along the way. I am a first time home buyer and had no clue what I was doing, but Mike made the entire process very easy and answered every single question we had.
