I appreciated all of the time spent explaining my options and the mortgage process in general. Jonathon's communication was great with quick response time and continuous updates. I never felt unsure or uninformed. Buying a house can be stressful but Jonathon put me at ease. I also liked the easy to use website to upload documents, and the courtesy Jonathon gave us when we had to postpone closing at the last minute due to some negotiations with the seller. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Sean was willing to do wahtever it took to get us to the finish line, including answering "dumb" questions, advisinng us on things we had no experience in, and overall working to only reach out to us when he needed something (not annoying us)

Everything was completed in a timely manner. But we were sent the closing documents to sign 1 minute prior to the closing at the title company. So we did not have time to review them. We had sign on via our phones so we could do the closing. Please provide ample time to customers and walk them through the closing documents. No one from the bank ever called us to advise us on what we were being asked to sign (at closing)
