I believe that Erica and here team did everything in her power to give us the best deal and best expereince in revieving a loan. There were some bumps along the way. The only issue that me and my wife had was the suppling of documents. It seemed like we gave the same documents at least three time and then had to supply documents that had no need to be involved with a loan application like my wifes college transcript, or our place of living while we were moving to a literal island 4000 miles away. I do understand that this may have been because of the underwriter going overboard on potiental information. It also seemed like sometimes we could have been given a little more worning on supplying paperwork, signatures, or payment. There were times that we recieved an email about one of these three things and it would say that immediate action needs to be taken to move forward with the process. Me and my wife were diligant in responding to the emails but we aloways felt rushed. It would be nice to be atleast given a heads up or a list of items that we need to gather ahead of time so that we don't feel like we are scrambling and might potientally lose out on a loan. Othere than those two things which are small issues the service and communicating information was great. Gave us details and explained the loan whenever we had any questions or issues. Also worked diligently for us with the builders(sellers) even though they were dragging their feet a little with supplying information. Erica and the team were all around great in working with us and making sure that everything was taken care of.
