The fact that he went above and beyond to get the deal worked and out of his own money to order us pizza to new house because we were moving in over the weekend over the top he is in my heart thanks again Trent for everything . Also made it to the closing that was also good

Transparency and courtesy throughout the process. I always felt like Jennifer and Fairway were working with me and for me the whole process. Jennifer and her team kept me updated every step of the way. They made paperwork easy to understand. She answered every question in a way that was easy to understand exactly what I was signing and getting into. She made me feel like she was using her decades of knowledge FOR me. Overall this is how it should be done.

The communication was great! I always knew what was going on. I loved the honesty from Susan that helped me manage my money better. Best of all I like how real Susan is and how smooth she helped make this experience. She was so patient and understanding and did whatever she could to help me get to where I'm at now. It was GREAT! I will miss working with her.
