Fairway has affordable housing options available that may be able to help you with your home financing. If you are having trouble saving for a down payment or are interested in exploring what programs you may qualify for, we can help!

Get the Financing You Need With Fairway Community Access™

Fairway Community Access™ is a program designed to make homeownership more accessible for first-time homebuyers who live in eligible census tracts in an approved MSA. (See list below.)

With this program, borrowers may be able to receive a $7,000 grant that can be used toward down payment and/or closing costs and does not have to be repaid.*

In addition to the $7,000 grant, the Fairway Community Access™ program also offers additional savings that can help borrowers with the initial costs of homeownership.
