Ben Ramirez

Hello, I’m Ben Ramirez, branch manager for the Ramirez Team. I was born and raised here in Tucson and went to school at Flowing Wells High School and University of Arizona. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2004, I began my mortgage career that same summer. I truly enjoy my career in the mortgage business and find it very satisfying to help families achieve their dream of homeownership. This job can be immensely technical due to guidelines and programs constantly changing. I revel in the challenge of producing solutions for our clients when others may have turned them away. My team and I take pride in what we do, and we do our best for our clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors.

Both my parents instilled the importance of hard work and doing my best no matter the challenge. I still carry that with me today in the mortgage industry. I can say that Fairway is my home because it aligns with my beliefs; they truly care about their clients and employees. We are currently one of the top lending teams in Tucson and have been a top producer for six consecutive years.
