Ericka Quichocho

My name is Ericka Quichocho (think Pikachu and then say “Ki-Cha-Choo”) and I’m a Mortgage Advisor at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

5 fun facts about me: ­­I’m originally from the tiny island of Guam. ­I’m a special needs mom (my son is autistic and au-mazing!)­I love coffee, massages and travelling. I’m loyal to a fault. & I love doing mortgages!

There’s a poster hanging on the wall in my office that says “Love What You Do.” ­­It’s a constant reminder of how blessed I am because I truly do LOVE what I do!­­ I was given the opportunity to learn the mortgage industry from the ground up. I started off in 2010 calling mortgage leads. I learned quickly and worked hard which led to me becoming a loan officer assistant, loan coordinator, sales manager and eventually a licensed loan officer. I started working at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in 2015 and I couldn’t have hand-picked a better work family. Our branch managers really care about us and our support staff is top notch!

Buying a home and navigating through the mortgage process can be scary and confusing which is why I’m passionate about home buyer education. I strive to provide each client with the knowledge they need to make powerful informed decisions on what will likely be the biggest investment of their lives.
