Held executive role with Fleet Boston Financial under the Terry Murray & Bob Higgins administration. Responsible for product distribution within all retail channels of Northern powerhouse. Presented and integrated mortgage operations through three important acquisitions, Summit , Shawmut & Bank Boston. Responsible for Sales Growth & Compliance.

Trained and developed all new loan officers hired with alternative lending solutions, credit analysis, household capacity, compliance and operational flow within overall mortgage operation and branch team membership.

Greatest accomplishment within Fleet Boston was contributing to the sale of multi-million dollar non-conforming mortgage company in April of 1997 for 190 million resulting in 1.97 in EPS 2nd quarter of 1997.
