Kevin Gaines

Kevin Gaines is an experienced loan officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. He began his banking career prior to graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in marketing. Kevin has been in the real estate industry since his early banking days; during this time, he has handled construction loans, development loans and mortgages for several community banks in the metro Atlanta market. Additionally, he has built homes, developed subdivisions, led teams in corporate real estate, and managed real estate and construction services for hundreds of dental offices across multiple states.

Kevin brings a unique perspective and broad experience to mortgage lending, and with it, a commitment to excellence in service. Kevin’s flexibility, knowledge and ability to adapt allow him to provide a personalized experience for every client. Relationships, rather than transactions, are the focus and measure of his success.

Service to others has been a significant part of Kevin’s life. He has served with United Way, Habitat for Humanity and Feed My Starving Children as well as several church teams who serve our communities and beyond. He has also served in numerous capacities, including president of the Grayson Athletic Association and the Grayson Touchdown Club and volunteered as a youth coach. In these capacities, Kevin served as an advisor to other Gwinnett County youth associations and Georgia High School booster organizations.

Kevin resides in Monroe, Georgia, and enjoys golfing, fishing, kayaking, high school and college sports and spending time with his family.
