Welcome to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. My name is Mike Roman. I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I now reside in Phoenix, Arizona with my wife and our identical twin boys.

As a senior mortgage loan officer with over 25 years of mortgage lending experience, I have shared my expertise to personally assist numerous families in both Arizona and California with their financing needs.

I have an extensive background in all facets of mortgage lending, including management and underwriting. I am well-versed in all types of mortgages; from down payment assistance, to Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo to FNMA/FHA 203k renovation loans, USDA, reverse mortgages, refinances and everything in between.

Over the past years of my career, I must say that I have had the opportunity to see and experience many different markets over this span of time. With these varied changes, being the best that you can be requires the ability and focus to stay on top of all of the regulation and product modifications, in order to be able to educate and guide your prospective borrowers.
