Phillip Young is a loan officer at Fairway. Married to his wife, Ginger, in 2010, he is a devoted family man with a daughter who attends George Walton Academy. Born and raised in Villa Rica, Carroll County, in West Georgia, he and his family have called Monroe home since 2019. A proud U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, he served as a Green Beret from 2001 to 2006, with three deployments to Iraq during that time.

Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Southern Polytechnic State University. He spent 16 years working in the construction management field, rising through the ranks from entry-level positions to partner and owner. In 2022, he founded an alternative finance business, brokering loans for small businesses, real estate investors, builders and developers.

At Fairway, Phillip utilizes his extensive experience and dedication to help clients achieve their financial goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, pursuing wildlife in the great outdoors and relishing the crisp, cool weather of fall.
