I am a loan officer with over 25 years of experience in which I’ve helped 1000s of people. Also known as "The Loan Arranger", I take great pride in my reputation for being honest, hardworking and saving my clients money. In every transaction my goal is to make the process of obtaining a mortgage as smooth as possible, while at the same time addressing any issues right upfront so there are no surprises at closing. In particular, I enjoy helping first-time homebuyers. I have extensively dealt with FHA and VA loans and pay close attention to extra details involved. I put my business finance degree from ASU to work for you in determining what loan program provides you with the biggest benefit. I have a national license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and am licensed and bonded in Arizona though the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions.

The relationships that I have formed with clients, business partners and associates are the most important part of my daily business. I've always believed in treating people the way you want to be treated. It is a great feeling when past clients come back to me for help on their next home purchase, refinance or when they refer their friends and relatives. I live in the Phoenix area with my husband, two daughters and lots of pets. I enjoy anything to do with my children, the outdoors and concerts.
