A bit about me.
I live a very active life and try to find something to give away every day, even if it’s just a compliment or a smile. I also have a passion to work with seniors; aging should be joyful, not uncomfortable.
My little dog Willis and I enjoy our daily walks around Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City. I live with my mother, who is aging gracefully but needs someone to be on hand to help out.
I find myself giving back through various avenues, both personally and professionally, and am often serving my community in some manner. On the first Saturday of the month, I volunteer at Pancake Breakfast for seniors. Thursday evenings, I spend serving the homeless in downtown OKC. On Saturdays, I do Bikram Yoga (Oh wait! That one's just for me!), and on Tuesday evenings I do chair yoga for aging adults. Encompassing fulfillment through work and kindness is the fabric of who I am.
