Susan L Howe

Susan Howe, Vice President of Branch Development at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in Foxboro, MA, brings more to the table than most: 24 years of mortgage experience, creative problem-solving, and continuous client support. With a background in operations, she offers a wealth of industry knowledge and unique insight into many situations.  

Before she began her mortgage career, Susan worked in insurance, banking, and even cosmetology. These positions nurtured her customer service skills and love for serving others. Her passion for helping people and making the community better grew within these fields, smoothly transitioning with her into mortgages.  

Susan is a Military Mortgage Specialist, so she is certified in helping service-members with their homeownership needs. She loves working with people from all walks of life, especially first-time home buyers. She is licensed in five states – Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, New Hampshire, and Louisiana – and provides various financing options to fit each client’s needs. She is committed to successfully getting her clients to closing with honest direction and a caring approach.  

Within her current role, Susan also works in Branch Development – she is the point of contact for onboarding all new loan officers and branches for Fairway United. Her connections to decision-makers and incredible resourcefulness sets new loan officers up for success, helping them feel at ease from the beginning. Susan gives it her all no matter what business area she’s involved in.

When Susan isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has two children, and she loves to travel. Fun fact: Susan has five brothers, four sisters, and she was baby number seven.
